This was THE most amazing service ever! Here's how it went: Clicked on Angi & filled form and submitted it before noon today. Within MINUTES, I had call from Nick, who verified my form, and he said he had a team who could come out to see it TODAY! I was to expect them between 1 and 1:30pm to see door. They arrived at 1pm, saw the project, explained it to me, and said they could install the new opener system TODAY! At 2:15 pm, they were DONE and I paid them on the spot. [Pay by check, if you can.] The two installers were polite and super efficient! WOW, THIS IS SERVICE! (I come from a family of 2 home builders who had great pride in customer service and workmanship, and this would have been their style.)

This was the second time using Precision,I scheduled online with same day service.The technician Taylor called me and asked if he could come earlier than the scheduled time frame,which worked out well for me. Taylor introduced himself and asked what problems I was having with the door. Taylor told me he would do a full inspection and then he would review what he found The key pad needed replaced due to the batteries being corroded,the spring needed retentioned and the rollers needed lubricated All work was completed in a timely and safe manner

I was very pleased with the response time and service to fix my garage door. My garage door spring was broken and they scheduled me for service the following morning. Randy was the service technician who was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained all aspects of the job after conducting a pre-inspection of the entire garage door system and completed the work in a very reasonable time. He went over all the work he did and did a great job conducting a post inspection of his work to ensure everything was working correctly and answered all my questions. This was my first time using Precision Door Service and I’m very satisfied with the job.

This is my first encounter. With Precision Garage door service. My garage door was not responding when I pushed the button in my car. To open it. So, I was thinking it wasn't going to be much. That had been done to get it back up online. I was wrong. I lost complete communication. With the garage door. Plus, the chain had broken. My neighbor a few years ago. Add them in to repair both of their garage doors. They gave me a sticker. So, I decided to put it by. My. Door opener. In the garage. I called the number. Told what was going on. Within 35 minutes. They had someone here. My garage door is back online. And I'm very pleased with the service. I would use them again. Thank you, Precision.

We needed a new garage door opener, & a couple repairs. Kody came out, and assessed the problem right away. I knew I needed a repair on the top of my door, & spring replaced, and he showed me my options, cost, and was able to do the job right away. I was surprised how fast the work was done. I called Precision door after I backed into the garage door and knocked it off the track this morning. It had not finished opening but I saw only the outdoors in my rearview mirror. If I had been driving a small car instead of a truck, I wouldn't have hit it. We have used Precision Door in the past and been satisfied with their work. I was greatly relieved that a technician was able to come out this afternoon. He was able to get the door closed and was very good about explaining everything that needs to be replaced. He was very pleasant and professional.

The installer, Taylor, came a bit early, which I appreciated. He explained what the problem was and made recommendations to help rectify the problem. He was very professional and courteous. Was impressed with the customer service provided before they even arrived. Randy provided updates about arrival time and when he was delayed on another project, he told me Andonia would be doing my service instead. Andonia promptly called with his arrival time. He was very professional and gave me quotes of cost for approval before proceeding with repairs. He explained how to use the new opener and answered all my questions. Called at 8 am and had a service call same day between 10-12. Also called when 30 minutes out. Nia was my technician and was great. Very knowledgeable and nice. We had problems with setting up Q, but he wouldn’t give up and got it working. In and out in an hour.

Do not get pressured by anyone and if there saying they can great any price trust me. I called a place this morning that said free estimates well the guy coming out was literally trying to sell me a motor over the phone before he even came out and said when he comes out I'll charge this for this service and again he hadn't when been here so red flag on the call. Called these guys right away instantly knew something was not right with the first call so they came out late in the day after working in this heat also! Oh and I knew right when he would arrive because if the tracker link they text you, ok now this is professional.. Dante gets here we look he presented me with options and he went above and beyond to get into my budget and fix everything needed to get me working again. I'm so very thankful I found this company and I believe a few new friends after we shared some conversation. Honestly this was top notch and you won't find better don't bother. Thanks gentlemen 5 stars all the way around from the call to the shake leaving once you were done.

Communication was clear and easy. We were able to schedule an appointment the day we called. A call saying on my way was helpful and Ryan, our technician, arrived early. He completed a thorough inspection and clearly explained our potential issues and options. We chose to install a new opener and he completed the job the same evening working until 7:30 pm. Helped program the controller in the car and keypad. Sprayed the hinges and rollers and was on his way. One of the best service experiences we have ever had!!! Just fantastic!
