My garage door has been very clunky, not closing flush to the ground, and reopening itself without fully closing for a while, and getting worse. I called Precision Garage Door Service today. They answered a phone call, sent out a technician, and the repair was performed all today. The service was very courteous and professional. I had the rollers, pulley, cables, and springs all replaced and the door is working like new. Thanks to Dalton and his colleague who performed the repairs in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door work done!!

I had used Precision a few years ago. I was totally impressed with the service and job done today. Yes, you met my expectations. I could have had same day service when I called but chose to do the next day. Brayden was very professional and courteous and so easy to work with. He explained everything to me and went over everything when the job was done. The quality of his work was superb, and he even checked for fingerprints maybe left behind on the door before he was gone, I would definitely use Precision again and highly recommend them. This service was at my mother's residence. Ty was the service representative who came and went over the door which was in question. He evaluated what the issues were , made suggestions and proceeded to do a very thorough job fixing what I asked him to fix. Ty was very professional and very courteous. If I need any repair work done on the other door I most definitely will be calling Precision.

Blake was very professional and comfortable to talk with. He did a preliminary inspection of our door, hardware, etc. After which he explained his findings and showed me wear on parts that should be serviced. We were then offered different repair options. Our door was over 25 years old, so we opted for an overhaul. Springs, rollers, cables, etc. Very pleased with the results. Door is much quieter than it was. Will definitely recommend Precision to others. Purchase new product list should include an option for door overhaul (springs, roller, cables, etc.)

Excellent start to finish! I used their website to research their service, set a time for an appointment 3 hours later, received a call that they were already in the area and had Blake at my door 45 minutes later. He diagnosed the issues, presented 3 options and had by selection done in another hour. He replaced the motor, switched out the wheel, lubed the wheels and wire and installed the remote in another 45 minutes. It works great and has less than 1/2 of the noise of my former lift master.
