As luck would have it, the garage door torsion spring broke on a Friday afternoon at 3:30. Precision politely took my information and had a technician here in an hour. By 8:30 PM the door was fixed! Ryan did excellent work. It was not cheap, but then not much is today-- worth all of it.

The service has been very good. The guys have been knowledgeable and courteous. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with their work. It is disturbing to me that Dalton installed all new guts for operating the door about a year ago. Since then, we have had to call for service twice because either the key pad outside would not work, even after I changed the batteries, or the remotes in the cars would not work. It is upsetting to think we might have to replace the genie after spending a lot of money to put a new one in so recently. My husband has a disability and it is very important for us to have a dependable system. Thanks.

Great customer service. Kody was great. Came out the same day, within an hour of my service request, and replaced the springs, cables and pulleys in under an hour. My experience with the technician David Lamiet who was fixing my garage door was a learning experience. He was knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He answered all my questions. Scheduling the appt was very easy. The door broke on a Sunday afternoon, through a chat feature on the website I was able to schedule a tech to come to my home the next morning. I had a noisy garage door for 25 plus years, I thought this was normal, then, somewhere I saw that your company fixes noisy garage doors, so I called Thursday morning, September 10th, I was told Randy Hornberger would be there between 2 ad 4 pm that afternoon. Randy called about 12;30 pm, and said he could be there around 1:00 pm if that was alright with me. I said it would be, he showed up around 1:05, he explained that he would perform a safety inspection, then would explain the results, which he did. He gave me two options for repair, band aid, and complete repair, I chose the band aid, due to financial funds available. Randy explained that it would take approximately 45 minutes to an hour to perform the repairs. He performed the repairs as explained, and the results were fantastic, my garage door is significantly and noticeably quieter, I couldn't be more happier with the results. He also fixed the bottom seal, which for 25 plus years the original seal was missing a small piece in the corner of the door, which always had snow and cold blowing into my garage. Randy was very professional and pleasant throughout the whole process, and when I secure additional funds, I will call and have him finished the rest of the repair.

This was THE most amazing service ever! Here's how it went: Clicked on Angi & filled form and submitted it before noon today. Within MINUTES, I had call from Nick, who verified my form, and he said he had a team who could come out to see it TODAY! I was to expect them between 1 and 1:30pm to see door. They arrived at 1pm, saw the project, explained it to me, and said they could install the new opener system TODAY! At 2:15 pm, they were DONE and I paid them on the spot. [Pay by check, if you can.] The two installers were polite and super efficient! WOW, THIS IS SERVICE! (I come from a family of 2 home builders who had great pride in customer service and workmanship, and this would have been their style.)

This was the second time using Precision,I scheduled online with same day service.The technician Taylor called me and asked if he could come earlier than the scheduled time frame,which worked out well for me. I was very pleased with the response time and service to fix my garage door. My garage door spring was broken and they scheduled me for service the following morning. This is my first encounter. With Precision Garage door service. My garage door was not responding when I pushed the button in my car. To open it. So, I was thinking it wasn't going to be much.
