Braedon was very knowledgeable and professional. He showed us a couple of different options to consider and quickly took measurements to gather the necessary information for the new doors. The installation team, including Josh and another installer whose name I can't recall, did a great job. They were timely and efficient, clearly demonstrating their expertise. They removed all the waste and answered any questions we had about the new doors.

We wanted a company that is specific for what we are looking for. Home Depot and Lowe’s generalize in just about everything so they are limited in the details, which we all know the devil is in the details. And as a plus you were cheaper than Home Depot. Your crew in Harrisburg are great to deal with. Braden and Chad have been outstanding. Braden thought of things I would never have.

Brandyn did a good job. I was surprised that my bill for the motor to the opener was $795.00. When he and I had talked about which motor to buy I told him the $595 was fine, I didn't need it super quiet one. The bill came through e-mail he did not show it to me just gave me the total so I don't know if the extra $200 was for labor or the motor. I think the motor as it is the warranty he discussed. Brayden Martin was the technician that came to repair our garage door. He explained everything that caused the malfunction and took to the time to go over our options for repair. While he was here we discussed about possibly replacing the garage door. We wanted a fresh new look. He again took the time to explain the options and upgrades that we could get and by the end of it we decided to go ahead and order a new door. Can't wait to see how it will look once it is in! Would highly recommend using them if you need your garage door serviced or replaced.

Well my wife came home from work and while putting the garage door down we heard a large bang. I went out to see what the noise was and saw that one of the two long springs broke. Unfortunately this happened around 5pm on Friday afternoon and knowing that the repair on the garage door couldn’t wait till Monday, I reach out to you guys! I was very pleased with how fast you got there and made the repairs. Your service technician was great and him gave me three different repair options that came with different types of warranties. I had used Precision a few years ago. I was totally impressed with the service and job done today. Yes, you met my expectations. I could have had same day service when I called but chose to do the next day. Brayden was very professional and courteous and so easy to work with. He explained everything to me and went over everything when the job was done. The quality of his work was superb, and he even checked for fingerprints maybe left behind on the door before he was gone, I would definitely use Precision again and highly recommend them.
