Where do I start? The other day when we had the snow storm I went out to put my garage up and it was stuck to the garage floor causing the bracket that was connected to the garage door to come off. After calling what I thought was my dependable garage door repair company I learned they was not dependable!!! My friend told me to call precision door. After calling precision they gave me a time frame of between twelve and two to show up. Went to breakfast and got to a phone call letting me know that he would be showing up by eleven, when the tech showed up he went and showed me problems with the door. He fixed the problems and my door works great! I never knew a garage door was supposed to work that way! The tech did a great job!!! I’m actually going to have the other garage door done by the same company PS sorry about the long story!

Your prices are much higher than your competitors in this area. I decided to go with someone else. Also I was unable to get an estimate over the phone therefore I had to pay a $79 service fee to just say no. I feel that this practice is detrimental to the consumer and I will not be calling or recommending your company to friends or family.

I must say that Justin was so pleasant,knowledgeable and very professional. Highly recommend Precision Door. Very professional interactions from point of initial contact and scheduling to end of service. Justin was very thorough in his explanation of the service options and completed the work in a timely manner. A few days after, there was a problem, but he came right back out and took care of it. Cost seems a bit high compared to other companies, but the quality of service and parts is worth it.
