This is our second time calling Precision Garage Door Service and this is our second time feeling absolutely content about the work that was done, the options we were given and our technician, Randy from Hanover. We used Precision about 2 years ago for a broken spring and this time for a new overhead opener. Randy listened to us, provided an inspection, explained what he had found and offered us options. After instillation, Randy went over everything he installed and helped us sync our car to open the garage door. We were not expecting such extensive repairs to be made same day, but they were. Randy was able to complete everything within 2 hours and was absolutely knowledgable and professional. Fortunately, Ryan listened, had good answers and performed a thorough inspection, even after he was told it was working due to my few amateur adjustments.
