Tyler Buterbaugh and his assistant did a first rate job in reconditioning my garage door. They were professional, courteous, and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. They installed new springs, rollers, cables, and braces. I highly recommend them and Precision Door Service and would not hesitate to call on them again.

This is our second time calling Precision Garage Door Service and this is our second time feeling absolutely content about the work that was done, the options we were given and our technician, Randy from Hanover. We used Precision about 2 years ago for a broken spring and this time for a new overhead opener. Randy listened to us, provided an inspection, explained what he had found and offered us options. After instillation, Randy went over everything he installed and helped us sync our car to open the garage door. We were not expecting such extensive repairs to be made same day, but they were. Randy was able to complete everything within 2 hours and was absolutely knowledgable and professional.
