Your technicians are not in question, polite, helpful, and professional. However, after just over one year, I would think that your garage door openers would last longer, they are not inexpensive. Technician that worked on my opener, explained to me that the "Board Fried" for some reason. I did buy two for my doors, hopefully the other one last longer than just over one year.

I sent an email to Precision after receiving a Receipt for a 50% Deposit to order 2 Garage Door Openers in the amount of $1,060.00. The Receipt showed No Work to be done, -0- amount Total for the work and -0- amount for the $530.00 Check I gave the Repairman. Basically the Receipt was worthless. Its been 2 days and still no response. This is totally unacceptable. They didn't trust me to order the parts without me paying them 50% but they want me to trust them to complete the repair as discussed.

I could not be more pleased. My garage door broke down Saturday at 4:15 pm. 5 minutes later I called Precision and a live human being (Naomi) answered. To my pleasant surprise, she scheduled a technician for today (Sunday!) between 9 and 11 am. Blake called at 8:20am and arrived, as promised, half an hour later. He took about 25 minutes to assess the situation and gave me a reasonable estimate. By 11 am, Blake had replaced the motor, rail, and chain, along with the rollers , springs, and a few other parts. He showed me how to operate the door, helped me program the keyboard and the opener in my car and voila! We were up and running. Blake was courteous, professional, and competent. I grew up in the electrical business, have certainly experienced my share of contractors and service-people, and could not be more pleased!

In this day and age when customer service seems to be a thing of the past nothing could be further from the truth with Precision Garage Door Service. From my initial call that was answered by a real person and my technician Chad, everyone was courteous and professional. I called approx 10:00 a.m. and Chad called me with an e.t a. and was right on time. In about 2 hours from my call to Precision I had a technician in my driveway. Chad answered all my questions, gave me my options along with the exact cost and had all the required parts on his truck. He finished the job in a timely manner, demonstrated the door and again asked if I had any questions. He gave me his card and said to call with any questions or concerns. Chad is an asset to his company and I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone needing service to their garage door or opener.
