Our garage door opener had not been working properly for some time, but one day my husband didn't notice the door was not completely open, and backed into it. We were able to get it back on track, but were now having more difficulty getting the door open and closed. A repair technician was scheduled to be at our house within an hour of my call for service. Nia was the technician who came to our house. He was prompt, pleasant, professional, extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of my many questions. He gave us multiple ideas of how we could repair our problem, but we opted to replace both the door and the opener, as they were dated and no longer working efficiently, and we felt the replacement costs were reasonable. Nia explained it takes time for a new door to be made and delivered, but he immediately installed the new opener so the old door is functional in the meantime. We are completely satisfied with our new door opener, and would definitely recommend Precision Door Service.

On July 28, 2021 we had our new garage doors installed by Cody. He fixed everything that I wanted to fix. Cody did a great job, on time, polite, knowledgeable and explained everything he did when finished. We were really please with Cody's work and we think he deserves a raise. Jerry was the technician who diagnosed my 3 garage and installed them. We chose precision because of the five star rating when we googled garage door repair. We were given a two hour time window on the same day but were called within a half hour of our call by the technician who said he could be there in 20 minutes which was great.Kenny gave us clear descriptions of the process and immediately began the 25 point inspection. He then explained the many issues which showed that our original homebuilder had cut some corners on our garage door. He gave me clear options with costs as to what we could do and I approved my choice. I asked when this could be done and he replied he could do it immediately. We were thrilled with that and he began and explained everything when was done. All of the components used by precision were much higher quality then our original equipment including the fact that we have two springs rather than one as there’s a wide garage door. I found the cost reasonable, the service flawless and the rapid response a revelation. I recommend Precision without reservation.

We got home from vacation and our garage door wouldn't open. Spring was broken. I opened a Valpak coupon mailer and there was a coupon for Precision Door. I called on Sunday afternoon and had an appointment for the following morning. I received a detailed text showing me where the tech was in real time. It included the tech's photo and info about him. He and a partner in training arrived on time. They asked questions and provided several options. Fairly priced. In and out within an hour. Highly recommend them.
