I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door! I liked the reviews for them and that they offered late afternoon appointments. I was able to schedule an appointment for a technician to come out and fix my door the next day! Jordan Bair was the one who came out to figure out why my garage door stopped working. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, taking the time to answer my questions, and he was able to replace the entire opener within an hour! Thank you Jordan!

Very professional. Emailed the information on who would be coming for the repair. Called 20 minutes prior to arriving to my home for the scheduled time. Gave me several options for the repair. I went with new rollers, belt drive garage door opener, new outside keypad and clickers (programming was included).

The one thing that stood out the most, wasn't the professionalism and expertise displayed by Kenny Dyson during yesterday's install, but the unquestioned willingness to cancel our original scheduled installation date and time at the very last minute, due to a family health emergency which ultimately required hospitalization. When I called to explain our need to cancel the installation set for that same afternoon, your customer service representative quickly responded by saying that she fully understands there are times when unexpected events can upset even the best of plans. She ended the conversation with a reassurance that when things were back to normal, she'd be more than happy to set another date for the installation. When I called back, the installation scheduler worked their own magic in setting a date and time that had to be sandwiched in between multiple tests and doctor's appointments. Yesterday's installation came off without a hitch, and completely exceeded every aspect of our expectations . A BIG WELL DONE has been earned by all of the folks at Precision.

I called around. answer machines is what I got. Precision answered the phone. Said they could be here in1hour to2 hour. Nia Bennett and Being showed up early. Inspected the door. Said they had the parts. Would take 45minutes to fix the door. THEY DID IT!!..now that is same day service. I was very pleased . I have never seen service like this in the past few years. If you chose precision . I'm sure you will be very happy with the service .

Our garage door opener had not been working properly for some time, but one day my husband didn't notice the door was not completely open, and backed into it. We were able to get it back on track, but were now having more difficulty getting the door open and closed. A repair technician was scheduled to be at our house within an hour of my call for service. Nia was the technician who came to our house. He was prompt, pleasant, professional, extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of my many questions. He gave us multiple ideas of how we could repair our problem, but we opted to replace both the door and the opener, as they were dated and no longer working efficiently, and we felt the replacement costs were reasonable. Nia explained it takes time for a new door to be made and delivered, but he immediately installed the new opener so the old door is functional in the meantime. We are completely satisfied with our new door opener, and would definitely recommend Precision Door Service.

On July 28, 2021 we had our new garage doors installed by Cody. He fixed everything that I wanted to fix. Cody did a great job, on time, polite, knowledgeable and explained everything he did when finished. We were really please with Cody's work and we think he deserves a raise. We chose precision because of the five star rating when we googled garage door repair. We were given a two hour time window on the same day but were called within a half hour of our call by the technician who said he could be there in 20 minutes which was great.Kenny gave us clear descriptions of the process and immediately began the 25 point inspection. He then explained the many issues which showed that our original homebuilder had cut some corners on our garage door. He gave me clear options with costs as to what we could do and I approved my choice. I asked when this could be done and he replied he could do it immediately. We were thrilled with that and he began and explained everything when was done. All of the components used by precision were much higher quality then our original equipment including the fact that we have two springs rather than one as there’s a wide garage door. I found the cost reasonable, the service flawless and the rapid response a revelation. I recommend Precision without reservation.

We got home from vacation and our garage door wouldn't open. Spring was broken. I opened a Valpak coupon mailer and there was a coupon for Precision Door. I called on Sunday afternoon and had an appointment for the following morning. I received a detailed text showing me where the tech was in real time. It included the tech's photo and info about him. He and a partner in training arrived on time. They asked questions and provided several options. Fairly priced. In and out within an hour. Highly recommend them.
