built a new 3 car pole barn , needed garage door openers installed, so I called Precision for a quote due to being well regarded company. Met with Andonia for a quote, price wasn't bad so I had them do the work. after I got home I was anxious to inspect my new garage door openers on my new garage! the openers worked fine, they are smooth and even being chai operated they are fairly quiet. then I started looking at how Andonia ran the wiring for the sensors and push buttons. it looked like he was trying to make a spider web in the ceiling of my garage. wires were all ran willy-nilly and nothing was straight or neat. he even made the wires tight around the angle brackets holding the openers. I wasn't impressed. here's the kicker, the openers were installed on a Friday, by Sunday 1 stopped working already.monday morning I called in and told them, I also expressed how I wasnt impressed with the wire job. technician came out Monday afternoon , he did call me and tell me he had tge problem fixed. I asked what problem was ... guess what it was ?? a wire was broke ! I told him I wasn't impressed with the wiring job and how the wires were wrapped tight around metal angle.he said that how we do all them . oh well. it has a 5 year warranty

I had two doors replaced over the summer. Both installs were done well. Installers did a great job, especially when having to work in a tight situation. Over the years now, I've had 4 garage doors replaced, all with Precision Garage Doors. Their on-site sales reps have always been very good and all the different install teams have done great work. I had a broken garage door spring. When I called Precision I got a live person which he was very nice and professional. He collected all of my information and offered to have a technician come out the same day. Our schedule was busy that day but he offered a technician would be available the next morning. I got text and email appointment confirmations and what technician would be there. Blake our technician called to let us know he was on his way and he arrived on time. Blake diagnosed our problem very quickly and offered his assessment of our door which everything has been original since we have been in our home. He explained the different options for repairs and the warranties that come with each option. We decided to have the door overhauled with new springs, rollers, drums, pulleys, and bearings. After Blake had repaired the door it ran 100% better and smoother and the door opener didn’t sound like it was struggling to lift the door. Blake had all this done in about 2 hours and our door was back in service. He also left our garage cleaned up and checked to make sure we were happy with the work. I would definitely recommend precision door service to anyone looking for a garage door service company and I would use them again for service.

This was the second time I have used Precision Door Service. The first time was a couple of years ago for two door openers. This time was because one of my doors was very noisy and shaking a lot. Dakota came and looked at it and gave me two options. I opted for the rebuild of the door. He finished in about and hour and the door sounds quieter than when it was installed 27 years ago. Great job Precision

Service tech installed springs, then determined they were too heavy. Installed springs allegedly equivalent to existing springs. I was told these were the wrong springs for this door. These springs have been operational for 10 years. Installed 3rd set of springs and he seemed satisfied that the were correct. He didn't test these with the opener much but things seem to work. Corwell installed our doors and I had them do other work. They seemed knowledgeable and efficient and I would probably call them.

Absolutely best service ever. Garage door broke on a Saturday morning and chatted live with Jessica. She was very responsive and provided two same day appointment options. Chad Lahue came out that afternoon. Chad performed a complete assessment, explained everything clearly and provided repair options. Complete overhaul of garage door (springs, bearings, cables) was done in about 90 minutes. Professional and courteous. No pressure sales. Lifetime warranty. After reviewing the Precision website (impressed) with the bio for all the staff, decided to set up an appointment, pleasantly surprised to get one for the same afternoon. After determining the problem, (rollers, springs, and openers) was again surprised that they would fix everything that same day, had all the parts including openers on the truck. Justin was excellent, friendly, efficient and neat, didn't even mind my watching the whole process. Because I had two doors repaired help arrived (Carcen), also friendly and neat. Bottom line both doors repaired in a few hours and working great (quiet). Would not hesitate to use Precision again.
