Service Technician Dakota came and reviewed the (daunting) task of working on old/antique garage doors with enthusiasm, where another company asked to provide a quote was mad/upset, that they had not been granted permission to services them years ago as he drove by them regularly and made multiple inquiries. (now given the opportunity, he did not want it). Thank you Dakota, look forward to working with you in the near future.

I found Precision on a local google search. Henry is an awesome technician. My door threw him some curveballs, he stayed cool, calm, and collected and diagnosed and fixed each problem as it came up. The door now works smoother than ever.
