On the initial install of a garage door opener, the the did a great job of fixing the issues I was having with the door. They straighten the tracks and have the door running smooth. Every tech that has been out over the past 4 years have been excellent. The opener itself is poor quality. I've has multiple issues and finally just disconnected it. Great people, poor product!

I would highly recommend getting a second opinion before using this company. I was quoted $5000.00 to repair my garage door by Precision with half due before they could start any work. My door and equipment was not old! I felt like I was being scammed. I contacted the garage door company that installed the door and they quickly came to my home, assessed the situation, repaired the door, and charged only $517.00. The door is working perfectly.

Excellent service from start to finish. Dispatch was very understanding and was able to get a technician to us quickly. They have a great process, text, email and an advance phone call from the technician. The technician listened to our concerns and quickly diagnosed the problem. We were given three options for the repair. There was no pressure and we felt comfortable with our decision. After installation, even though the equipment was similar, we were given a full demo and instructions. Henry Storm was our excellent technician and was courteous and professional throughout the process

Easy to book appointment, they called and rescheduled my appointment a day earlier which was very nice. The technician was very friendly and did a thorough inspection of my garage doors and offered 3 levels of repairs. My only issue was the overall cost. My garage doors uses two springs for tension.. one spring broke so of course you replace both as well the cables..why this cost $725 is beyond me. I would probably recommend calling around as that was extremely expensive when the entire kit to do the repair myself is $300.
