We contacted Precision because our middle garage door was wobbling and shaking itself almost off its tracks. I also asked the to come estimate replacing all our doors with new high lift doors. Steve our tech was great. He rapidly fixed our middle door by replacing a couple of pulleys and re cabling the door lists. It’s working well. He was also very helpful in estimating a couple of new door and system options and we can wait to get them installed soon. I’ll review them again at that time but for now I’m optimistic. Thanks all.

Henry came out today to fix a problem I was having with my garage door keypad. He reprogrammed it, as well as fixed some other items after discussing with me first. Our garage door broke in the morning. We called Precision Door and they said a technician could be out today between 4-6 pm. They called back and asked if we would like a technician earlier, as one was available. We were lucky enough to have Kenny Dyson as our technician. Kenny was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and had our problem fixed in a very quick period of time. We were truly lucky to have seen a TV ad for Precision Door. We have never been this impressed with any other company from start to finish. We cannot give Kenny Dyson enough accolades for both his expertise and his professionalism. Our garage door has NEVER worked as well as it is now.

Monday before Christmas one of the springs broke. I tried to move the door but is was crooked in the tracks and I couldn’t move it. Thursday after Christmas I called Precision and they came the next morning. My house is 22 years old so the technician did a full inspection and showed me quite a few upgrades to consider for the repair. He gave me three cost options, good, better, best to get the door operating again. I chose the better(midrange cost) and he completed the job in under 2 hours. I’m very pleased with the response, the service, and the technician.

Great company, the service was prompt, and Chad the technician was excellent. He gave me 3 options after inspecting the door. I chose option #2, which consisted of replacing the springs and adding a safety cable to each, replacing the spring pully on both, and replacing the cables and all rollers. Now I have a 25 year old garage door which should last at least another 10 years, providing that the motor stays in good shape. All in all, a good experience.
