Our tech Tyler, was fantastic! He conducted his 25 point check, developed 3 Courses of Action and explained each, and serviced our garage doors as a true professional. His assistant was a true professional as well. I really appreciated his candor and honesty as he explained my options. Also, the color coated breakdown of the garage components was easy to follow. Never thought when I called I’d get service the same day! Would definitely use your company again!

Never thought I would need garage door service, though I have seen Precision Garage Door Service advertised on TV. Then it happened, problems with my garage door. I personally checked out the door, rollers, etc. but nothing. Garage door was malfunctioning and I felt it could not be used safely. That is when I remembered the TV ad and why not. I proceeded to call and they sent a service person over to me in a few hours after the call. After a thorough inspection, I was given options on how to fix my garage door problem. Replacing some parts to make it function was put on the table, but I knew this would be a band-aid approach to the problem. Thus I made the decision to replace the whole garage door unit. I was informed they can complete the job the very next day. All I can say, it was just as the ad on TV, they will fix it fast. Thank you, Precision Garage Door Service!!! Joseph Picone

Eddie came to my home to give me an estimate for new garage doors and openers - he was prompt, courteous and very helpful. He reviewed several options, pointed out some problems, explained the repairs necessary, and was respectful of my budget. The work has been scheduled, and so far, I am very pleased with their service.

Contacted Precision thru Home Adviser. Response for service request was very quick and an appointment at my convenience was made for the next day. The technician, Eddie, that was dispatched was very personable, professional, an obviously knew his business. Eddie performed a safety check, identified my problem and repaired it quickly.
