We were very pleased working with Precision Doors. Our garage door mechanism was very loud and we were concerned it would break soon. They scheduled a technician to come out within 24 hours. Jerry Eldreth arrived right on time, listened to my concerns about the mechanism, thoroughly inspected it and offered me a variety of options that addressed my concerns. He was able to make the repairs within a few hours. He was very professional, answered all of my questions, and we are very happy with the results. I would recommend Precision and Jerry without hesitation.

My old garage door opener died. Precision Door scheduled an appointment quickly. They sent a photo of Kenny the technician so I would know who to expect. He texted when he was on his way, gave me options and prices, and completed his work professionally. I can't believe how smooth and quiet my overhead door works now!

My garage door would not operate. I called Precision and was told that a technician would arrive between 4 and 6. At exactly 5 o’clock the nicest guy showed up, got out of the truck, diagnosed my door problems and had it smoothly working again in a little over an hour. He was one of the most cordial techs I have encountered. All I can say is that if every company in America ran as well as Precision seems to, this country’s issues would be cured. Stellar sums up my experiences with Precision!

Fast and fabulous service. I thought I would be waiting days for my new door opener and it was expertly installed and operating within two hours of my call. Technician was truly skilled and efficient. Without hesitation, I would recommend this company for any garage door issues. If all of this country worked like Precision does, this place would run like a finely tuned Swiss watch. Special commendations to the technician, Jerry; a very personable and valuable team member.

I was very pleased with the service provided. Henry Storm was very thorough and very professional in outlining the problems and different repair options available. He was also very patient in answering my questions necessary to make the best decision possible. I appreciated the response time (early Monday service after a Saturday phone call). I do have one question/concern about the ultimate invoice price: Henry basically gave me 2 options--just a "straightforward" repair basically replacing our broken/obsolete parts for $635 OR a new torsion system for which he quoted me $745 (plus the cost of the torsion bar/spring??). However, the invoice I received shows a base cost for the new system at $795 (plus $100 for the part). Was I incorrectly quoted or incorrectly billed. My concern is that I made the ultimate decision based on the 2 quotes. I may have made the same decision even at the higher quote, but still feel that I did not have the proper information in hand to make the best-informed decision.
