We had an issue with the motor on our garage door opener. A web search for garage door repair led me to their website where I opted to book online, which was very convenient. The service technician called to let me know he was on his way. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained what the problem was and that a new motor and rail was needed. He was able to quickly replace the motor and install a new rail and after he was finished he went over general door maintenance and asked if we had any questions. I will recommend Precision to others!

I was really impressed with Precision Garage Door of Harrisburg. I called them and they were able to get a technician out the same day. My technician, Taylor, was fantastic. Very helpful. Was honest about door and opener condition. The circuit board in the opener was damaged due to heat spark, so decision made to replace entire opener and accessories. The new system works great and is an upgrade over what we had in place. Time to replace. The tech checked all other parts of the door assembly and balanced the door, lubricated rollers and springs. It is quiet and works well. Hope new stuff under warranty. Thanks.

I will never use Precision Door again. I had one cable that runs from the drum at the top of the door to the very bottom of the door break. The technician took 20 minutes taking the cover off my garage door opener and trying to convince me that I needed a new opener and multiple other upgrades. He gave me 3 options, and the highest one was over $1500. I explained to him that I just wanted the one cable replaced. He took less than 10 minutes to replace both cables at a price of $364.00, and he charged $169 for the pair. I later found those same cables on multiple websites for $12 a pair. I also found the tension release bars online for $28 a pair. I could have done this job for $40 myself. Do the job yourself or get a price from a different company!

I called Precision in the morning and was scheduled for a 4-6 appt. that same day. Ryan was my technician. He was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed my noisy door by replacing the rollers, pulleys, cables and straps. After the job was completed, he explained to me what he did. My garage door is definitely quieter to the delight of my dog!
