Jerry Eldreth explained that what had happened to our opener was a common problem caused by thunderstorms. He arrived earlier than expected and promptly completed the diagnosis. All that was required was a reprogramming of the opener travel much to our relief.

My wife and I were having problems with our garage door opener and called Precision. Kenny Dyson was sent out to repair/replace our opener. We needed our garage door repaired quickly. Precision had a repairman out in two hours. Kenny the repairman explained our options and did a great job fixing the problem. Unbelievably, shortly after Kenny left, the second garage door broke. He was able to return and fix this problem as well. Amazing service and knowledgeable serviceman.
