I had a busy day planned with errands to run and appointments. Of course today was the day my garage door wouldn't open! I called the company that installed the door. Their reply was.they would try to get there today or tomorrow. I called Presision Door as they installed a door on my previous home. Fortunately they were able to get to me within 2 hours. Ty called 10 minutes later and said he could get to me in 40 minutes! Ty saved my busy day and did a fantastic job!

Our garage door wouldn’t open or close…the spring was broken. Ryan arrived exactly when he said he would. He looked over everything. Ryan gave us 3 options to fix our garage door. He explained everything thoroughly. We chose option 3 after he explained all of the things he saw. The garage door now opens and closes so quietly. We love the option of being able to open the garage door from the outside with a code. He did an amazing job! We are very pleased!

Needed to get a broken spring replaced and tech noticed a few issues that would need attention in the near future, so, what the heck, had the new spring installed, new rollers and new bearings. All adjustments were made and in 45 minutes we were operational. Needless to say, this was completed two days early. Had an appointment scheduled for Monday and they called and asked if we were available Saturday morning. Great service, a little pricey, but friendly folks and very efficient.

Highly recommend! I loved being able to book online since our issue happened after hours. They had an appointment available the next day, and Josh arrived in the scheduled window. He texted me to let me know when he was on his way, and I appreciate auto-text from company that included a picture of Josh so I knew who to expect. Josh did an excellent job, was very polite and personable. He was able to give us multiple choices for how to address our issue and completed the work that same day. I contacted Precision Door Service on a Saturday at around 12:30 and spoke with their contact person who was easy to understand and was able to get a technician to my home in about an hour. About 10 minutes after scheduling my service appointment the technician called me to inform me he was on his way. Kody was my technician and he arrived when he said he would. He introduced himself and told me what he was going to do. He was courteous and professional and gave me several options for the repair. I made my choice and he proceeded to do the service.
