My technician was Zach, and his installation work was fantastic. I was told that the job could take up to 5 hours, and he was able to complete the job under that time. Ken informed me of his arrival time and showed up exactly on time. He was courteous, personable, and described how he was going to proceed in preparing a quote based on his analysis of the problem and other safety checks. I was provided with a full description of of concerns and three options to address them with no pressure and full answers to my questions. Work was carried out in an efficient and professional manner and presented for my inspection. I was very pleased with the work completed, and would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.
