He explained the choices thoroughly, where the repair was concerned. When you have someone in a service industry, that enjoys what they do, you can really tell. Having good people performing your service, after already being stressed about the need to have the service, is a great thing. We called at 8am and serviceman arrived about 10:15! Very impressed with that. The repair of door was done well. The serviceman was pleasant & answered our questions. Besides having a door repaired we had 4 doors serviced which we were told meant lubricating, tightening bolts, and aligning. There was a charge of $100 per door. Each door took less than 15 minutes each & aligning was putting a finger up to check if it was level or something like that. That service was way overpriced.
