Precision fixed our garage door many years ago - spring, rollers, and cables. They did a great job then so when the door opener broke this weekend we called them again. Steven was our technician. Just like last time our appointment time was 10 - 12. Steven called at 9:45 and was here promptly at 10. He went to work right away, finishing around 11:30. Fast, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. We were told that our technician the from the first appointment is now the Tech Manager. Clearly the company hires and maintains staff with a great work ethic and professionalism. We won't go anywhere else. Thanks again!

i would give 5 star on the work . but the doors are 10 years old each front door were never opened more than 5 times, rear door twice a year. i do not live there so why would i put openers on the doors thankyou

Dear sirs This was the very best service I have every gotten Cody came at exactly the time he said was so courteous to me and my wife He did a very thorough inspection on two doors AND then he explained THE PROBLEMS in terms both of us could understand even had photos He then explained the cost breakdown making it clear the choice to make for our repair. Best part he repaired it on this visit had all the correct parts never had service that it was all competed on the first visit. The technician, Kody, was personable, and professional. He explained in detail what occurred to my door opener. He provided three(3) options and detailed each not only to me, but to my son in law via telephone. He worked steadily through a snow storm and within a garage with no heat!! Dalton arrived early and was waiting for me when I got home. He was extremely pleasant and understanding that we had to drive up a hill to get to the barn. He appraised the door and provided me options, including what extra parts and actions could keep the door in good working order. After consult we decided to replace additional parts to improve the doors working life. He completed the working very quickly, explained everything, and even took time to answer a few questions about work I would like done later in my home garage doors. In short, Dalton was great and I am 110% satisfied with him and the company. I was able to get a tech out in approx. 24 hours for what was a very necessary repair.

We chose Precision because of the high rating from other customers, and it paid off. Our garage doors are old, and we needed a maintenance check up on them. Our repairman Cody did a wonderful job with our old doors/systems. Cody was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions and explained what he did for us. He also explained with the age of our door motors they are working on borrowed time, so we are looking to replace them in the spring. We are hoping when we are ready for that Cody will be the technician to do the work. Thank you to Precision Garage Door and Cody for the help we needed.

Issue 1: House garage door bottom seal weather strip was loose and leaking air in the garage. Issue 2: Pole barn doors were allowing water to enter under the door to the inside.
