It was a broken spring that needed replaced but with speaking with the Tech Jerry he told me things that needed done along with things I didn’t know were on the verge of being issues. Josh called about 45 minutes before arriving at our house to let us know he was finishing up another job and would be on his way. Once he arrived, he did a full safety inspection and replaced everything we expected would need to be fixed.
