Andonia arrived earlier than the expected time and did a wonderful job evaluating our problem and making recommendations. He gave us a full explanation of the problem and three (3) available options for the repair. He was very pleasant, respectful and courteous in his presentation and answered all of our questions. Great service from start to finish! I called at 7 AM and was greeted by a very pleasant woman who was able to get someone out at 10 the same day. Justin was fantastic quickly figuring out the issue and giving me three options for repair with honest recommendations about which choice. I was very impressed when he told me that he should have everything down in about 30 minutes but when i came home for lunch about an hour and a half later he was still there. He let me know it was a bit of a difficult setup and it wasn’t working 100 percent right so he was fixing it up! In a world where I feel most people rush through things it was really nice to see someone putting in the time to make sure they did the job right!

Do not go to precision, they are just money makers. I paid $60 for them to look at my door to tell me my cost to get it fixed. Lets just say it was outrageous. I called a few local companies who did the exact same job with the same repair parts for less than half the cost. DO NOT waste your money here

Kenny was a pro in all aspects. Presented 3 options clearly. We had a 17 year old unit that needed replacing. Had one in the truck, carefully checking all alignments and bolting properly. Is now as smooth as new. We highly recommend your company
