Actual service was good. Arrived on time, worked quickly and all appeared to be complete and professional. Dialogue with the tech was pretty much a prepared sales script, mostly up-selling, etc. He did offer some maintenance tips when done. I asked for price of components, but he did not answer; only offered the prescribed service plans. Even the invoice did not include that, which was bothersome. Price was higher than expected, but did include items I hadn't planned for. Not sure about about recommendations.

Nothing less than a stellar experience. Technician Blake Fischer and his trainee were professional, friendly, and very good at explaining my door's situation/condition and my three choices to proceed with repairs. Full rebuild was completed within the time estimate given.

Zachary Shope was our technician. He was very knowledgeable & informative. He did your twenty-five (25) point inspection before he gave us the estimate for the originally requested work of replacing the torsion spring(s). He reviewed the problems found during the inspection, all except one (1). On the emailed report, which we reviewed after he departed, he noted that the door bottom weather seal failed, which we previously knew, & would have liked him to replace while he was here, but just plain forgot to ask him about while he was here. After Zach left we called your tele. # & spoke with Kiley. She told us to get the seal replaced would cost us another service call fee of $79.00. We were hoping to just order the seal, & have it installed when, sometime in the future, Zach, or another tech, was in the area, hoping to avoid the service fee. She said that could not happen. So, because of a lack of communication on my part, I guess we are SOL. Zach service was excellent, & I would recommend him to anybody. Thank you, Monte L. Bordner

Just used Precision to repair/replace a spring on my garage door. The spring broke last night around 6pm. After hours....ugh. Called Precision at around 7pmn and was surprised to find someone would be answering the call. Even more surprised when they said they could be a technician out this morning. With the spring broken it was very hard to open the door. The tech arrived on time this morning having called when he was on his way. Very nice guy. Explained some options. We talked them through and I chose the what I wanted to have done. The work was done quickly. Everything was left clean. The door now works great. Will turn to Precision in the future when I need anything related to our garage doors.

I contacted Precision because of their rating on Angie's List. I'm glad I did! The phone was answered the first time I called. I scheduled an appointment for the next and within 30 minutes my problem was solve. All the people I dealt with were courteous, professional and helpful.
