First I want to give a 5-star shout-out to your technician Dalton John. He provided great service, arrived ahead of schedule, and explained everything to me very clearly. A valued employee I'm sure! My expectations were met and my problem solved in a timely manner. The reason I didn't give the company a 5-star rating is because I found them to be very over priced and I didn't like the fact that my invoice did not specifically show how much I paid for individual items (but I can see why they do that). The entire "Your Price" column is left empty. I wish I had not been impatient to get my garage door fixed and waited for my regular service provided to come on Monday. I paid a high price for the convenience of getting it done right away, so that's on me!

Technician arrived early, was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Spring replacement was completed very quickly. Labor rate was fare. However, was surprised at the high cost of the springs. Hope they are a higher grade than ones I could have purchased by myself on line. Overall, was happy with my experience.

Work was done on the same day as the service call. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Service associate was courteous and informative Rollers replaced, spring replaced, new garage door opener installed. All parts that need it were lubricated

The service was great and Kody was very informative and courteous. He got the job done in less than an hour. The only issue I have is the price. I could have bought the best quality replacement parts at Home Depot for less than $400 (springs, rollers, cables, and pulleys) and yet my cost for repair was $1240. Either your have a very high mark-up or you pay your employees a fantastic salary. I guess when customers are in a bind and you got 'em by the balls that's the business model.

When one hears “no cost, no obligation” the antenna go up. Fortunately, Ryan listened, had good answers and performed a thorough inspection, even after he was told it was working due to my few amateur adjustments. He found credible issues and provided options. It wasn’t cheap but neither was the work. Call Precision if you want one of the most important curb appeal features of your home both appealing and functional!

The problem that I called about was resolved. The technician seemed very competent. I would like it noted that both the technician and myself noticed the pull chain slapping against its guide rail when the door opens. The technician assured me that this is not a problem. I am noting this because if it does become an issue, I feel that I should not be charged with another service fee to resolve this.

Brandyn did a good job. I was surprised that my bill for the motor to the opener was $795.00. When he and I had talked about which motor to buy I told him the $595 was fine, I didn't need it super quiet one. The bill came through e-mail he did not show it to me just gave me the total so I don't know if the extra $200 was for labor or the motor. I think the motor as it is the warranty he discussed. I feel I have been mis informed. Linda Perry

My Garage Door was having problems for the past year. It finally broke down on a Wednesday night, I contacted Precision after looking around on the web, they seemed to have locations everywhere, The reviews I read were good. They were scheduled to come out the same day I contacted them. Blake Fischer was repairman who came out very professional, he explained the 3 options after inspecting my 15 year Garage door opener. He had the parts already in the Van and explained how long it would take him to replace the opener, and other parts. He was efficient and friendly. He explained how the new system worked. What A Difference! I would recommend them for your next job. I think as a company you let home owners know to check website for coupons on the day of service?

I had 2 garage doors > 22years old. Needed to try and save some money, so technician replaced the openers but salvaged as much as possible to save some money. Was able to keep most hardware, but replaced all essential safety items. Was able to assess and install in one day, done by 6:00PM. THIS WAS GREAT FIX, COMPETITIVELY PRICED, and the technician updated me throughout explaining steps with attention to safety. Worth every penny and worth the time. Even with old parts and the original doors in place the new system is virtually SILENT. We now have to look to ensure the doors are shut, not because their broken, but because they are fixed and silent. Thanks

Actual service was good. Arrived on time, worked quickly and all appeared to be complete and professional. Dialogue with the tech was pretty much a prepared sales script, mostly up-selling, etc. He did offer some maintenance tips when done. I asked for price of components, but he did not answer; only offered the prescribed service plans. Even the invoice did not include that, which was bothersome. Price was higher than expected, but did include items I hadn't planned for. Not sure about about recommendations.

We were very impressed with Steve, the Repairman that came out. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. The only thing he had to wait awhile for another employee to come out to lift the garage door open which is included in the rate.
