I have had Precisions Door work on my garage door three times now and have found the service techs very good and informative. The most recent service included adding all new motors and accessories. Ryan was very personable and did a great job explaining all the options. The work he did was excellent and after he was finished, he went over everything with me. Very professional young man. I have been in sales and marketing for over 45 years, and I would hire him in a heartbeat. A job well done.

Service tech installed springs, then determined they were too heavy. Installed springs allegedly equivalent to existing springs. I was told these were the wrong springs for this door. These springs have been operational for 10 years. Installed 3rd set of springs and he seemed satisfied that the were correct. He didn't test these with the opener much but things seem to work. Corwell installed our doors and I had them do other work. They seemed knowledgeable and efficient and I would probably call them.

I had an appointment for a garage door repair. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable, we talked and then I decided to get a new door, this was Monday. He called the office and they said they could install it on Thursday and would call me to setup a time to install. I had to call them and now they don't have my standard door in stock so I have to wait 2 weeks for a new door

The two men that were here were very courteous and professional and explained things that I tried to understand. They replaced numerous parts which they stated needed to be replaced and gave a good warranty. My door is still very noisy which is why I called in the first place. Your tv advertisement says about quieting noisy doors. I feel that it’s safe to use but not near as quiet as I hoped. My neighbor said all these condominium doors are noisy.

I called a few places and Precision Garage Door was the only one able to come out to my house that day I called. Nia Bennett, the Tech that came out, was courteous, knowledgeable and direct regarding the issues. He was polite and did not try to up-sell me on anything . . . that was greatly appreciated! Nia and his assistant knew what to do and got it done in about an hour.

A cable on my garage door was broken, so I could not open it. The repairman showed me that there were also other issues that needed addressed, so he also installed new rails. It now works very smoothly.

Kenny Dyson did a good job diagnosing our problem, but considering he only had to tape a broken wire to detect and repair the problem, which took a half hour max, $109 labor seems a bit excessive. But the problem is fixed for now, so thank you.

During the winter our window in the garage door broke and we needed a new door. Precision answered the call quickly and we were satisfied with the work. We have a double garage so we needed to change the other door to have completely matching doors. The replacement was fine; however the repair person said the door opener was not working properly and that it needed a pin to work. He highly recommended that we replace the openers to avoid possibly damaging our new doors. In the meantime he would replace the pin needed to use the door opener until we decided to replace the door openers. He showed me how to manually open and close the garage door and unplugged the garage opener so that I would not use out of habit. He did not return with the pin he mentioned that was needed to get the opener working again. When I called the office to inquire about the pin, I was told that the repair man did not mention that in his report and that there was nothing they could do for me.
