Had Blake out on a Saturday to tune up our new house garage doors. He was able to replace springs and rollers for me as well as point out items on a third non-motorized door to keep an eye on for future repairs. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent customer service ! Jerry responded to my calls quickly and efficiently. He even came back out to my home with color swatches for our door, when I was indecisive about my color choice. Help! My car was trapped in the garage. I called Precision Door to inquire about having broken springs replaced. They were able to send a technician to do the repair within a couple of hours. Josh was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable and had the job done quickly for a very reasonable price. What more could you ask for? I would definitely not hesitate to recommend Precision Door.

Incredibly responsive and polite. Kenny even took the time to explain how to work on my other door myself. The price seemed fair, but they responded so quickly that I didn't have time to get any other quotes, and it was worth it to have my door fixed the same day. When I need anything else, I will choose Precision Garage Door Service again.

Discovered I had a broken door spring, so I gave Precision a call. Josh Finkbeiner was the tech who came out to my place to take a look at what I needed. Not only did he come out the same day, but he had everything needed to do the job in his truck already! This is an old door from back when JFK was in office, and it gave Josh a run for his money, keeping him here way later than he wanted to, but he finished the job with a smile. Excellent service, great work, and good people. Can't ask for more than that! I'll definitely be using them in the future (hopefully to get rid of this dinosaur of a door).

Jerry responded to our house within 4 hours of my phone call after our garage door was damaged. He was very professional and polite. He answered all of our questions and gave us a very reasonable estimate to have our door replaced. We will be purchasing 2 new garage doors due to the quality of the customer service provided. It's hard to find a company that provides small town customer service in this area, but Precision Door did just that. If you want to feel like a valued customer, contact Precision Door. I will definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone that needs garage door service.

The technician that came to the house was the best, great personality, considerate. He explained everything and did a thorough job. I cannot say if the pricing was competitive, did not get other estimates. However, the workmanship and customer service were excellent. When our garage door spring snapped, it destroyed the garage door opener track and motor. I called Precision Door. The next day, Kenny Dyson arrived, inspected the door and offered several options. Ninety minutes later, our new garage door opener was up and running.

Our Rep was excellent . He found the problem almost immediately and managed to get our door closed. He arranged for the new panel to be ordered as well as a new garage door opener. We are hoping to get this repair work and new installation done as quick as possible.

I had a great experience with Precision Overhead Doors. Made an appointment for one day but my daughter who just had a baby didn’t wake up to accommodate Precision. Called and scheduled again when I could be available. Kenny scheduled me when I was available and was thorough with the diagnosis of my problem. He and his fellow worker fixed my problem and made my life with the garage door satisfactory again. Precision was professional, courteous and efficient. I am so impressed with the quality of work we received today from this company! I selected them based on their awesome reviews and was not disappointed. From the first call this morning to schedule our service all the way to the end result, every encounter with Precision was spot on. Dan M. our technician was amazing. He was kind, on-time and professional. He did an amazing job replacing our worn out 35-year-old garage door opener and took the time to go over the functions of the new door and opener even though the job went into the evening. He enjoys his job and it shows! We have future needs for our garage doors and Precision will definitely be our choice for this work based on our experience with them.

Unfortunately, this is the second time we have had to call this company in re: to an issue with our garage door/garage door opener. Great customer service-called this am, service this afternoon. I love how they give an approximate time of service, call before arriving (early!) and explain everything that is going on. This is the second time we have had Kenny come out to do work for us-he is so pleasant and very thorough. He gave us all possible options to repair the issue at hand. I would recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service and we will continue to be repeat customers as needed!!
