Called almost at noon and they were here 2.5 hours later. They did an inspection and I chose to get 3 new garage door openers since the old ones were almost 30 years old. By 6:30pm they were all done. Could not be happier and these are so quiet compared to the old ones.

I called at 1:00 pm and Josh and Ty were at our house by 2:30, They diagnosed the problem, made all the fixes and were finished by 3:30. They were courteous and fully explained what needed to be done. Very pleased with the results. We will call Precision again if the need arises.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Precision. I scheduled online easily, our technician Josh was on time, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He replaced our garage door opener and it is SO quiet and efficient! He also was able to find a coupon for us to make the replacement a bit more affordable, which was wildly appreciated. We also really appreciated chatting with Josh just on a personal basis - we have lots of respect for him as a person and hard worker. We can’t emphasize our appreciation enough, for a job well done and exceptional customer service. Thank you Precision - we would use you again and recommend you to others in a flash!

Selected Precision as a name I was familiar with and the good ratings. We were able to get an appointment right away and Josh showed up right on time and even notified us when he was 10 minutes away. Josh went to work right away and saw the broken spring immediately. He advised he would inspect the door system and let us know what options we had. He gave us a detailed report and 3 options. Option 1 was just to replace the broken spring. Option 2 was to replace the springs, cables, rollers, and the end and center pressure plates as well as balance the door. We went with Option 2 for our 20 year old door.Josh was very informative, professional, and courteous. We would definitely call Precision again.

I strongly do not recommend. Gimmicky on-line ad that waves service fee of $70. Then charged me $150 to manually open my one car garage door. This was not an emergency. I did not need my car out. He asked me to move it out. He took a lot of time pointing out what could ever go wrong with my garage door. He gave me three estimates. A Band-Aid that was going to cost $1050. A full repair at $1324 and the recommended new door at $2092. I quickly sent him on his way called another company who came out and fixed the door for $360.98.
