This morning my garage door opener developed a smoke condition when I went to closed the garage door. Made a computer appointment on Precision web site. The time frame that I picked and was confirmed. The technician contacted me. Josh Finkbeiner listened to what happened with the motor of the garage door opener. He gave me great customer service. A great job done and replaced the garage door opener, the door rollers, lubricated the hinges and the door springs. Kept his work area in a clean state at all times. He was well organized. When he was finished with the service and installation. He give me a in service on the operation of the new door opener, the remotes and new outdoor key pad. He answered my questions that I had. I wouldn't hesitate to call upon Precision Garage Door in the future for service or other garage door needs. A great company to deal with.

When our 20 year old garage door opener suddenly stopped working, I contacted Precision Garage Door. Their online appointment booking could not have been easier, and I had a late morning appointment that same day! Jerry, our technician, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed how the motor was completely burned out and explained why. He installed a new motor, keypad, wall switch, and rollers, and we received 2 remotes- we were up & running in less than 2 hours. Jerry explained how to program the keypad and even programmed my car’s Homelink. We were very happy with his service and would not hesitate to recommend Precision Garage to friends & neighbors

I was very pleasantly surprised with the attention to my situation without even being assured that I would use your company due to having a warranty on my home. However, Steven was attentive to my explanation, and sent a technician out to check on the needed repair. Jerry, the technician, was professional, experienced and explained everything completely. He wound up doing the job in slightly less than an hour even though he had spent twice that amount of time to describe the repair, the options and helped me discuss it with the warranty company. I was pleased when I called and talked with Nick. He was very helpful and got me an appointment on the day I requested. Jerry Eldreth was our technician. He showed up on time, was professional, and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about our garage door system and explained everything well. Estimate process was wonderful. The technician Jerry was very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy towards a new units and offered some repair options to our installed unit. Help! My car was trapped in the garage. I called Precision Door to inquire about having broken springs replaced. They were able to send a technician to do the repair within a couple of hours. Discovered I had a broken door spring, so I gave Precision a call. Josh Finkbeiner was the tech who came out to my place to take a look at what I needed. Not only did he come out the same day, but he had everything needed to do the job in his truck already! This is an old door from back when JFK was in office, and it gave Josh a run for his money, keeping him here way later than he wanted to, but he finished the job with a smile. Excellent service, great work, and good people. Can't ask for more than that! I'll definitely be using them in the future (hopefully to get rid of this dinosaur of a door).

Jerry responded to our house within 4 hours of my phone call after our garage door was damaged. He was very professional and polite.
