Mr. Van Dam Thank you for your wonderful service. We had been waiting on another door company to help us with our garage door for two weeks. To say the least - their service was lacking. After two weeks of opening our garage door by hand - we called your company. You responded the same day. WE now have a smooth efficient garage door opener and we are delighted. Please know both Nick and Jeremiah were polite and courteous. John worked with Jermiah and said he explained everything to him and had the job completed quickly. Have a lovely week John and Shela

Justin was scheduled to come between 1-3 and he called early and asked if it was ok for him to be early. He was actually about 30 minutes early. After examining the garage doors and their associated parts, he made three estimates and explained what was included in each. We chose the one we wanted which was to replace all the parts that would eventually go bad but not install a back-up battery. He completed the work in just under an hour, having estimated an hour to an hour and a half when I asked him (before he started the actual work) how long he would have to work to do as we asked.

Andy was our technician. He arrived promptly and was courteous and knowledgeable. He recognized our issues and explained them in an understandable fashion. He also explained our options and then completed the work required for the option that we chose without delay. Afterwards he gave a thorough review of the work completed, how everything worked and warranties. He answered all of our questions and made certain that the work area was clean before he left. My wife and I were impressed with both the technician and the finished product.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Precision Door. First of all, they answered their phone at 7AM (a real person!). She told me the service technician would arrive between 10AM-12PM (he arrived at 10:05AM!) The technician was professional, courteous and very knowledgable. He performed a thorough inspection of the door (and opener) and gave me several options on how to repair my garage door. He had all the materials on his truck and the repair was performed within an hour. He also lubricated the rollers and hinges on the door. As a follow up, I received an inspection report on my door system. I found the price of the repair to be fair and reasonable (it was at the low end of the AI-generated price ranges I found online). Overall, I was quite pleased and would highly recommend them. Thank you.

I needed my garage door serviced about a year ago and they came out and got the job done. Well I wanted an upgrade to my garage opener and I called them and explained what I wanted and in 20 minutes the technician was at my door. He explained all the options available for me. I’m old school I just wanted the door to open and close due to the old system was old and I was having problems with it. He gave me exactly what I wanted with extras. 2 car remotes a door pad and a really nice indoor opener with features. I did shop around and as before Precision was the one. The inspection was great and he told me things that I had an idea but wasn’t sure. He corrected everything This company is family. They take care of you.

Danta Santana was a great tech. He explained everything to my wife, as I was not at home, and then called me to explain it again and get our approval. He was very forth coming with information and explained everything to our satisfaction so that we could make an appropriate decision. He was very efficient and completed the job in a timely manner while doing an excellent job. I would recommend your company and Danta to anyone with a problem with their garage door.

Very satisfied with the service. Phone call to the company was answered promptly with service being scheduled for a few hours later. Service tech Justin Cooney arrived on time and did a thorough inspection and diagnosis. Justin listened to us and explained options. He is very knowledgeable and personable. We chose a repair option and Justin got right to work to accomplish a quieter and smoother operating garage door. We noticed many neighbors using this company and glad we chose them. Would recommend this company to others and use them again if necessary.

Very happy with my experience with Precision Garage Door. They replaced an existing uninsulated garage door. It looks great and the work was done in a professional way. The workers were respectful and knew what they were doing. They had to come back to put the side gaskets on a couple days later, but it went smoothly and I am very happy with the new door. I used them instead of others mainly because the sales person who came out was not pushy, and listened to what I said as far as what we were looking to have done. I can not say this about the other companies we got prices from before deciding on on using Precision Garage Door.
