We highly highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for any garage issue you may have. We have seen their TV commercial numerous times and gave them a call when one of our doors wouldn't close. When they say on their commercial that they come out quickly and do same day service, that is absolutely true. Our technician Justin Cooney was on time - early even - and was so professional, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and had a fun, easy-going personality. He gave everything a thorough check and in the end, we were able to address a number of issues that needed attention. He had everything that he needed in his truck to get the job done that day, and we now have new, high quality equipment that will make our doors last for a long time to come, without needing to replace the doors themselves. It is a significant difference. And - just like in the commercial :) - they run so quietly now. We could not have had a better experience with this company from beginning to end and cannot recommend them highly enough. If you're having an issue, call them. They will exceed expectations.

Precision Garage Door is the best!!! Our garage door spring broke on New Years Eve around 10am with a big bang noise. It took us until 11:15am to figure out it was the garage door. We called Precision directly and our technician, Steve D., was at the our house by Noon. Steve determined the issues, made recommendations, and completed the repairs by 1:30pm. He thoroughly explained the issues and how to properly maintain moving forward. We have used Precision at previous houses and always found them to deliver the highest quality service. This experience was know different. Great job Precision and Steve. Job well done!

When my older system had a spring failure… the motor struggled to operate… bother were welll used and old. My garage door completely broke and could not even be manually raised. This was a day before and anticipated winter snow event. I called precision who my sister had also used, they called me back immediately. They came within 24 hours (despite the weather)and did a full assessment of my garage door mechanism and opener. Afterwards Ed reviewed his findings and showed me the damage parts. He then reviewed three different proposals to fix my garage.
