Thank you for a job well done, efficient,very fast service. Our technician Blake Fischer was wonderful, he explained what choices we had, did an evaluation on the motor he was going to repair or a new one from precision, we opted to go with new motor, Blake was very thorough in his work ethic, task oriented, explained everything when he was done; we appreciated getting a personal call before his arrival, also having a picture on my phone. My Genie opener seized and quit working. I arranged for an apt online and confirmed by text msg. Installer called and asked to come early and I agreed. I needed my springs replaced and a new precision opener installed. In less that two hours job was complete with a code box outside and a wall mount in the garage. Quiet, smooth operation, and fast open and close. I made the right choice and highly recommend Precision. An extra bonus is the great warranty.

Had a great experience with a replacement of our garage door opener and replacement of other garage door parts. Called Precision Doors later in the day on 7/5 and by noon on 7/6 the work was completed. Nia did an outstanding job for us and had our new garage door opener opening and closing our garage door in no time - it's so quiet! Thank you Nia and Precision Doors!

Nia was totally prepared for everything. He explained everything to me and gave me the options before starting. After agreement he went to work and installed everything in a timely manner. My current opener and wires were 30 years old, so he had quite a challenge. I will need a new door before the end of this year. I will be calling Nia and Precision Door Service. Nia was also very courteous throughout the process.

I would highly recommend Chad for your garage door needs. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Chad replaced our garage door motor, springs and installed a keypad.. Precision Garage Door Service hires the nicest people-from the people answering phones to the service people who come out, everyone is just great. We have a somewhat challenging garage door set up and Precision always helps us out. I was very happy with their solution to fix our door today and the 10-year warranty is a great bonus. Highly recommend.
