Precision Garage Door is the best!!! Our garage door spring broke on New Years Eve around 10am with a big bang noise. It took us until 11:15am to figure out it was the garage door. We called Precision directly and our technician, Steve D., was at the our house by Noon. Steve determined the issues, made recommendations, and completed the repairs by 1:30pm. He thoroughly explained the issues and how to properly maintain moving forward. We have used Precision at previous houses and always found them to deliver the highest quality service. This experience was know different. Great job Precision and Steve. Job well done!

Had an overhead spring break on my garage door before Christmas. I was able to schedule an appointment the following Monday. Date of repair, technician Tyler called me to say he was on the way. When he arrived I explained what happened and he quickly went to work inspecting the broken parts and looked over everything. He gave me options for the repair and wasn’t pushing which one to choose, but recommended other parts should be replaced soon. Even explained where to lube parts to last longer. During installation of new parts, he made small talk with myself and little boy. Inspection and installation was also pretty quick. When my other garage door decides to break, I’ll definitely be scheduling another appointment with Tyler or this company.

Dear sirs This was the very best service I have every gotten Cody came at exactly the time he said was so courteous to me and my wife He did a very thorough inspection on two doors AND then he explained THE PROBLEMS in terms both of us could understand even had photos He then explained the cost breakdown making it clear the choice to make for our repair. Very helpful. Was honest about door and opener condition. The circuit board in the opener was damaged due to heat spark, so decision made to replace entire opener and accessories. The new system works great and is an upgrade over what we had in place. Time to replace. The tech checked all other parts of the door assembly and balanced the door, lubricated rollers and springs. It is quiet and works well. Hope new stuff under warranty. Thanks.

Response time was very prompt, about 2 1/2 hours. Had trouble with the automatic door closing and tech. Justin did a dialysis and found I needed new springs and cables. After new install everything worked fine. Would recommend this company.

I had a 10 year old genie screw type garage door opener which was not working properly, and required service. I had used their service a few years ago, and was satisfied with the repair they had done at that time. I contacted Precision this morning, and within 2 hrs their tech came out and diagnosed the problem. The service required was more than I expected, but given the age of the opener, the technician accurately diagnosed multiple problems, repaired and replaced what was needed. Excellent same day service.
