This was my first time to use Precision Garage Door Service. I had saved their Val-pak coupon. One of my two doors was working, but inconsistent with a smooth lift. Jerry Eldreth and his associate Technician throughly diagnosed this and my second door. Then provided me with 3 options for repair. Jerry kept me up to date with all key issues or unexpected repairs. I’m thoroughly impressed with the repairs and Precision will be my go to service. And if possible Jerry my dedicated Technician.

Incredibly fast response. After I called, the assigned tech (Dalton) contacted me within a few minutes and said he would arrive in about 30 minutes. Two hours later he was done and I had a brand garage door opener installed. Done right, at a fair price in an insanely quick manner.

He followed up on the next day to explain the lock button on the wall switch which I had a misunderstanding about. This is our second time calling Precision Garage Door Service and this is our second time feeling absolutely content about the work that was done, the options we were given and our technician, Randy from Hanover. We used Precision about 2 years ago for a broken spring and this time for a new overhead opener. Randy listened to us, provided an inspection, explained what he had found and offered us options. After instillation, Randy went over everything he installed and helped us sync our car to open the garage door. We were not expecting such extensive repairs to be made same day, but they were. Communication was clear and easy. We were able to schedule an appointment the day we called. A call saying on my way was helpful and Ryan, our technician, arrived early. He completed a thorough inspection and clearly explained our potential issues and options. We chose to install a new opener and he completed the job the same evening working until 7:30 pm. Helped program the controller in the car and keypad. Sprayed the hinges and rollers and was on his way. One of the best service experiences we have ever had!!! Just fantastic!
