I finally changed out our chain driven garage doors for belt driven. My old doors were so loud but we are amazed at how quiet these are! Steve, our tech, did a great job, excellent communication and reset all of the remotes and homelink in the car. He was very patient with all of my questions. We have previously used precision door for spring and roller replacement. Highly recommend all of their services and technicians!!

Needed to get a broken spring replaced and tech noticed a few issues that would need attention in the near future, so, what the heck, had the new spring installed, new rollers and new bearings. All adjustments were made and in 45 minutes we were operational. Needless to say, this was completed two days early. Had an appointment scheduled for Monday and they called and asked if we were available Saturday morning. Great service, a little pricey, but friendly folks and very efficient.

i would give 5 star on the work . but the doors are 10 years old each front door were never opened more than 5 times, rear door twice a year. i do not live there so why would i put openers on the doors thankyou

So much positive to report. You answered Sunday while my daughter was here to help me. She read your info and saw how high the rating numbers were. So we called and was well pleased what A good English speaker, so easy conversation. Worked A schedule and set time for Wednesday the 11th. Justin Cooney was here but sent text ahead. He knew his stuff and was so nice to do business with ( keep him). As A personal note I am giving him A plus grade. Wouldn’t it be great if all people run this type of business!!!! A friend gave me the name of the company after she used them. As she said, the technician evaluated my problem with two garage doors, gave me recommendations, cost with several options, but left the decision to me. Was not pushy in my making my decision on what to do. The technician started work after finishing up another job about 2:30 pm and finished my job after normal quitting time, I'm sure. He didn't seem to be in a rush to get it done and on his way. I would recommend this company if all their technicians were like mine was.
