We had new garage doors and openers installed by Precision 4 years ago, but never activated the WiFi feature. We finally wanted to use the WiFi, but couldn’t figure out how to get it working. I used the online chat option on your website, and was offered to have a technician come out within 2 hours to do this for me. 5 minutes later, I received a call from Dante that he could be at my house in 20 minutes. Wow - super fast service! He arrived, found the proper app for me to use to activate the WiFi, and in minutes everything was working. He also did a quick tune-up with the doors to assure everything was working and aligned properly. And, he was a very nice young man! Overall, an excellent experience! Thank you!!!

Sudden failure of a garage door spring at 2pm led to a search for a company that could fix it. Precision was my first call based on their google reviews and promised to have someone out to the house between 4 & 6 pm. Josh arrived at 430pm, assessed the job, offered 3 very clear options with the pros and cons of each and at what we considered to be fair pricing. We chose a complete rebuild of the opener system and by 730pm it was installed, operating and demonstrated. Pleasant people, who do what they say, quickly and efficiently and for a fair price. I am pleased to be able to recommend them.

I call Precision Door on a Sunday to repair my garage door. To my surprise they answered to phone and they scheduled a service tech to come to my house at 8:30 the next morning. The tech told me that my parts were under warranty and that I only had to pay for labor. The tech was courteous and professional. I would definitely call them again.

My wife remembered seeing your Tv commercial and suggested I call to have our garage door repaired. As usual she was right and we were scheduled to have our garage door repaired the same day. Where do I start? The other day when we had the snow storm I went out to put my garage up and it was stuck to the garage floor causing the bracket that was connected to the garage door to come off. After calling what I thought was my dependable garage door repair company I learned they was not dependable!!! My friend told me to call precision door. After calling precision they gave me a time frame of between twelve and two to show up. Went to breakfast and got to a phone call letting me know that he would be showing up by eleven, when the tech showed up he went and showed me problems with the door. He fixed the problems and my door works great! I never knew a garage door was supposed to work that way! The tech did a great job!!! I’m actually going to have the other garage door done by the same company PS sorry about the long story!

Could not be happier! Within 2 hours of requesting an appointment, my garage door was repaired and up & running! Henry, our technician explained the problems and solutions in a clear and concise manner which allowed me to make an educated choice from the options presented (which also involved working with our home warranty company). Henry was prompt, polite, courteous, patient and accommodating as I communicated with the home warranty company and obtaining their approval. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Services, the overall experience exceeded my expectations.
