Tyler replaced the Springs,rollers and cables. What a polite young man. I have the highest regard for this company. They were very nice when making the original appointment. Then, due to family conflicts ,we needed to change the appointment and had to call on the weekend. No problem. They changed the appointment for us and were very considerate about it. We were pleased with the whole experience.

Precision Garage Door troubleshooted the problem with the door immediately and recommended a cost effective solution. This was shortly after another garage door company came out to repair the door which obviously didn’t work. We called Precision because of their outstanding reputation knowing they would find the solution.

We purchased a new Garage Door opener two years ago, and it has been great. The tech at that time showed me how to lubricate the hinges and rollers on a regular basis; and suggested that a tech come out every couple of years for service and inspect everything. Randy was out today and lubricated everything and tightened anything that was loose. He reviewed everything he did. The service with Precision has been great. Greg

Ryan was on time for our appointment. He kept us informed of his status on the project and it was my decision to replace rather than repair the existing opener. After replacement Ryan thoroughly explained the new opener. He was professional in his approach and the install, ever n though he was doing the work during quite a heavy rainstorm.

This is my first encounter. With Precision Garage door service. My garage door was not responding when I pushed the button in my car. To open it. So, I was thinking it wasn't going to be much. That had been done to get it back up online. I was wrong. I lost complete communication. With the garage door. Plus, the chain had broken. My neighbor a few years ago. Add them in to repair both of their garage doors. They gave me a sticker. So, I decided to put it by. My. Door opener. In the garage. I called the number. Told what was going on. Within 35 minutes. It was very easy to schedule an appointment to have my garage door repaired. The technician (Kody) called while enroute and was very helpful. He got the issue resolved quickly and efficiently while asking if I had any questions on the process. He was very polite and made sure I was satisfied before he left.
