I needed my garage door serviced about a year ago and they came out and got the job done. Well I wanted an upgrade to my garage opener and I called them and explained what I wanted and in 20 minutes the technician was at my door. He explained all the options available for me. I’m old school I just wanted the door to open and close due to the old system was old and I was having problems with it. He gave me exactly what I wanted with extras. 2 car remotes a door pad and a really nice indoor opener with features. I did shop around and as before Precision was the one. The inspection was great and he told me things that I had an idea but wasn’t sure. He corrected everything This company is family. They take care of you.

First I was so Thankful that Precision had an open appointment on 08/11/26 to fit me in to have my garage door remotes re-set and my security code update. Cody was the technician assigned to me and he was very communicative and polite. He called me earlier than the original time frame as his earlier calls didn't take as long as expected and he was able to come down a little earlier. When he arrived he was very courteous, asked me about the issues I was having, and took his time explaining what could and would be done. He also explained what he was doing as he went along and was successful in completing the re-sets and the standard equipment inspection, including some things to watch for as the system ages. Cody is very knowledgeable, professional, and a good people-person. I will definitely use you all in the future if anything comes up with my garage door system. THANK YOU CODY FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

Dalton, came out same day and diagnosed my garage door issues. He assessed the situation quickly and made three recommendations with a price, and how long the parts had warranty. He made his recommendation which is the one I went with. He was efficient and effective in getting the parts assembled. He was curtious, professional and knowledgeable. I called Precision door after I backed into the garage door and knocked it off the track this morning. It had not finished opening but I saw only the outdoors in my rearview mirror. If I had been driving a small car instead of a truck, I wouldn't have hit it. We have used Precision Door in the past and been satisfied with their work. I was greatly relieved that a technician was able to come out this afternoon. He was able to get the door closed and was very good about explaining everything that needs to be replaced. He was very pleasant and professional.

Called almost at noon and they were here 2.5 hours later. They did an inspection and I chose to get 3 new garage door openers since the old ones were almost 30 years old. By 6:30pm they were all done. Could not be happier and these are so quiet compared to the old ones.

This IS a professional outfit! Our garage door, out of balance, needed some adjusting. I thought one of the springs might break and damage the car, my wife or me. Their tech assessed the door opener equipment and explained my options. I chose to have everything replaced - motor, rails, springs, cables, rollers, remotes,/keypad etc. Great job! The door is now silent and works like new. I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
