Taylor Friedly worked on our garage doors today. He added a new opener, replaced a bad motor, put in new controllers, a new spring and tuned the other doors. Nice job, very professional. You are fortunate to have him representing Precision Door Service.

Hey, Precision Door just finished giving my garage door a tune up, which was badly needed. Wayne Dalton and Tyler were the best! They were direct in a very polite way and answered all my questions. They completed the work timely. There is no other company I would call. Thank you Wayne and Tyler! You both deserve a raise!

Excellent service by Justin! Did a thorough inspection and provided us 3 estimates explaining each in detail. He did the install we agreed to and finished within the estimated time he gave. His work was excellent!

The service has been very good. The guys have been knowledgeable and courteous. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with their work. It is disturbing to me that Dalton installed all new guts for operating the door about a year ago. Since then, we have had to call for service twice because either the key pad outside would not work, even after I changed the batteries, or the remotes in the cars would not work. It is upsetting to think we might have to replace the genie after spending a lot of money to put a new one in so recently. My husband has a disability and it is very important for us to have a dependable system. Thanks.

Very happy with the final results although it did take three visits to finally meet my satisfaction requirements. I am demanding. My house was built in 1955 so some settling has occurred and after I asked for some modifications, my installer Zac added some finishing touches on the door frame to ensure a weather tight fit. I worked with Jeremy, Katelyn and Zac and all were polite, professional and genuinely concerned with getting it right and ensuring I was 100% satisfied. I found the pricing very reasonable and quality of the door and new opener seem solid. A customer referral was why I selected Precision so I hope they reward their referrals.

After a few phone calls and reviewing reviews of companies and checking to see average rates via the internet. My first call was to precision door company. The gentleman on the phone asked a few pertinent question and agreed to send a technician between 4 & 6 pm to do an absolutely free estimate. At precisely 4 pm. His name was TY, a young man who was well spoken, respectful and answered all my questions succinctly and explained clearly what may be done . after his very thorough inspection found the issue and advised of what had to be done. The result was a new opener He had the necessary parts and quoted a reasonable price. I accepted the quote and surprisingly, he completed the job cleanly , programmed the unit and made sure the safety height that tripped the door from closing to accommodate my small dogs to trip the safety S as not to harm the little ones. I considered he went above and beyond . he truly is the epitome Of a representative and technician any business would want. The opener works very good also!

Absolute first class experience, and just as advertised. I was completely satisfied with the estimate given, and timeline to have a new door installed. The 2 representatives that assisted in the process were exceptional, professional, and represented themselves and the company with dignity and integrity.

We had our garage door repaired and some things replaced a few months ago. We needed a repair as a bolt fell out. Chad came the next day and fixed it! He also replaced another part that was not necessarily needed but not ideal! I so appreciate Precisions promptness and kindness in their hospitality. I highly recommend this company!!

Technicians Ty and Ryan, put in a 12 hour day installing and repairing our old door opener. They were both very skilled, courteous, and kept me informed on what they were doing. Their work ethic was over the top 5 star. Precision is very fortunate to have Ty and Ryan as employees. Best wishes for continued success in offering quality customer service. Andy was our technician. He arrived promptly and was courteous and knowledgeable. He recognized our issues and explained them in an understandable fashion. He also explained our options and then completed the work required for the option that we chose without delay. Afterwards he gave a thorough review of the work completed, how everything worked and warranties. He answered all of our questions and made certain that the work area was clean before he left. My wife and I were impressed with both the technician and the finished product.

Used this company for work previously. Tech Justin was professional and personable. Work was done expeditiously after a thorough explanation of my options. Justin was running late from his previous appointment, and he contacted me via phone twice to give his expected arrival or to reschedule.
