We were very pleased working with Precision Doors. Our garage door mechanism was very loud and we were concerned it would break soon. They scheduled a technician to come out within 24 hours. Jerry Eldreth arrived right on time, listened to my concerns about the mechanism, thoroughly inspected it and offered me a variety of options that addressed my concerns. He was able to make the repairs within a few hours. He was very professional, answered all of my questions, and we are very happy with the results. I would recommend Precision and Jerry without hesitation.

The name “Overhead Door” has a national reputation for excellence. I googled to find one near York Pa. Then I went to your website. While my repairs were not an emergency, the statement same day service attracted further interest. When I called and was told a technician could be here within a couple of hours I agreed. Serviceman Henry was exceptional communicating my doors issue’s and proposed 3 solutions for me to choose from. The quality of the work Henry did proved to be extraordinary. The speed at which he worked impressive. This young man was at all times courteous, professional and friendly. When he departed I found myself thinking:”That young man is going places.” Martin A. From our first call on a Thursday to set up an appointment, the gentleman from Precision Central PA was kind,helpful and expeditious. The first technician, Henry, arrived within a couple hours to access the situation. Henry was very kind a d knowledgeable. We set an appointment for the following Monday. It was a snowy day. We received a courtesy call ft to let us know the tech may be running a bit late due to the weather. However, we soon received a call from Zach to let us know he was ahead of schedule and would be arriving in a half hour if we agreed. Zach did a great job installing a new motor and system to replace our 40 plus year old system. Zach was very kind pleasant and efficient. We are very pleased with Precision all around! We love our new motor system remotes! Thank you for a Great job Precision!

I was very pleased with the service that Precision Door did for us. I called the day after Christmas around 8:30 am, and a tech was at our home by 10:00 am. The tech, Chad, called and said when he was on his way. Chad was very professional. He asked some questions about our door, explained what work would be done and went over the estimate of cost. Upon approval, Chad completed the job of replacing the door spring. Chad was such a pleasure to work with through the entire process. I would highly recommend Chad and Precision Door.
