I selected Precision Garage Door based on its 5 star rating. I’m glad I did as the entire experience was top notch. Everything from appointment scheduling to the final work exceeded my expectations Service Tech Dante did a great job evaluating my two garage door openers and providing his recommendations. In the end, it was my choice to replace both since they were vintage 1997 models even though he suggested just the one. . He recommended replacing it since it was dated 1997. Dante had the material in his service truck and had time to do it, so I agreed to have both openers and associated hardware replaced. Dante was very polite and respectful. He only recommended what needed replaced. I explained the scope and he went to work. I will definitely use Precision Garage Door again and highly recommend them.

Nick who scheduled the service was helpful. I had to cancel and reschedule because my husband was in the hospital. Ryan, the technician was wonderful. He explained everything, what was needed and why. He gave us three choices. After choosing which plan we wanted he did the work immediately. He also programmed the outside garage door opener and programmed the one in my car. He explained how the opener worked. He also took our trash out to the curb and brought my car into the garage. Very nice young man.

Our torsion spring on the garage door broke this morning. We called and they had a technician out within a couple of hours. Brandon was great! Fixed the door quickly and it was covered under our warranty! They replaced the springs and cables etc several years ago for us. Did a great job then too! Highly recommend!

We highly highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for any garage issue you may have. We have seen their TV commercial numerous times and gave them a call when one of our doors wouldn't close. When they say on their commercial that they come out quickly and do same day service, that is absolutely true. Our technician Justin Cooney was on time - early even - and was so professional, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and had a fun, easy-going personality. He gave everything a thorough check and in the end, we were able to address a number of issues that needed attention. He had everything that he needed in his truck to get the job done that day, and we now have new, high quality equipment that will make our doors last for a long time to come, without needing to replace the doors themselves. It is a significant difference. And - just like in the commercial :) - they run so quietly now. We could not have had a better experience with this company from beginning to end and cannot recommend them highly enough. If you're having an issue, call them. They will exceed expectations.

We had an issue with the motor on our garage door opener. A web search for garage door repair led me to their website where I opted to book online, which was very convenient. The service technician called to let me know he was on his way. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained what the problem was and that a new motor and rail was needed. He was able to quickly replace the motor and install a new rail and after he was finished he went over general door maintenance and asked if we had any questions. We contacted Precision because our middle garage door was wobbling and shaking itself almost off its tracks. I also asked the to come estimate replacing all our doors with new high lift doors. Steve our tech was great. He rapidly fixed our middle door by replacing a couple of pulleys and re cabling the door lists. It’s working well. He was also very helpful in estimating a couple of new door and system options and we can wait to get them installed soon. I’ll review them again at that time but for now I’m optimistic. Thanks all.
