Our old garage door opener stopped working and I called Precision and the sent out a technician (Andy Diaz)on the same day. Andy performed a very thorough inspection and recommended a new opener and rollers. Our garage door now runs smoother and quieter than any garage door we’ve ever had. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Precision.

We needed a new garage door. Brayden the first technician that arrived was especially helpful in leading us to the exact door to replace our broken one. He also recommended where to order the door from so it would be only about 3 weeks for it to arrive. On installation day we had technicians Cody and Jose arrive right on time and very efficiently install our new door in about 2 & 1/2 hours . Any waste from the job was cleaned up and taken away. Precision door, good job at training your employees. Technicians, good job at pleasing your customers! Keep up the good work!

Very happy with my experience with Precision Garage Door. They replaced an existing uninsulated garage door. It looks great and the work was done in a professional way. The workers were respectful and knew what they were doing. They had to come back to put the side gaskets on a couple days later, but it went smoothly and I am very happy with the new door. I used them instead of others mainly because the sales person who came out was not pushy, and listened to what I said as far as what we were looking to have done. I can not say this about the other companies we got prices from before deciding on on using Precision Garage Door.

Randy provided updates about arrival time and when he was delayed on another project, he told me Andonia would be doing my service instead. Andonia promptly called with his arrival time. He was very professional and gave me quotes of cost for approval before proceeding with repairs. He explained how to use the new opener and answered all my questions. From our initial contact with Precision Garage to the work completed today, the process was seamless. Our technician Andy was friendly, professional, and completed the work in a timely fashion. He gave us several options when he first came for a consultation, after a careful examination of our issue and our door/garage system. When we had an unexpected failure of one of our garage door springs, we researched all of the garage door companies in our area and, based upon the overwhelming number of 5-star reviews, chose to schedule the repairs with Precision Door. We were not disappointed with the decision. From the ease of online scheduling, excellent communication, prompt service, and a highly skilled technician in Randy Hornberger, our service appointment was top notch. Randy called to confirm he was on the way and arrived on time as promised. He immediately explained the process he would follow beginning with an overall technical and safety inspection, then determine the options for repairs. He was very courteous and thorough, making it easy to understand his recommended repair options, and make choices for the work to be done. He then completed the work in a timely manner and demonstrated and reviewed the finished product. The new spring and rollers now have the repaired door operating far better than when it was originally installed. We elected to add new rollers to the second door to give it some additional life, knowing that a future spring replacement is most likely in the future. Overall, we give very high marks to Precision Door and to Randy, and will definitely call them again for any garage door work.

Today, July 2nd, an installation technician by the name of Zach Greiman installed two (2) new overhead garage doors. He arrived on time, as a matter of fact, a few minutes early. Despite the garage being over 100 degrees due to the weather, Zach acted in a very professional, energetic, and caring manner. He was very neat, precise, and thorough with the installation. He took the time to explain exactly what he would be doing, more importantly, how to maintain the new doors. He was, by far, one of the best contractors my wife and I have had do any work for us in many years. He, along with the service technician that originally came to work on a problem with the old doors (and who helped me place an order for new doors), made us glad that we chose Precision Garage Door Service.

We were having problems with our three-year old, builder installed, low-end garage door opener. We called Precision because a neighbor had similar problems and recommended them. Someone was at our house within two hours and had everything with him to do the job right away. While our neighbors did a fix; we got a whole new, high-end system. It has a quiet rubber coated belt, works with MyQ, has a backup battery, a lifetime warranty, and other features. We were not pressured to buy this; all alternatives were presented to us. The technician, Josh, was excellent.

Do not get pressured by anyone and if there saying they can great any price trust me. I called a place this morning that said free estimates well the guy coming out was literally trying to sell me a motor over the phone before he even came out and said when he comes out I'll charge this for this service and again he hadn't when been here so red flag on the call. Called these guys right away instantly knew something was not right with the first call so they came out late in the day after working in this heat also! Oh and I knew right when he would arrive because if the tracker link they text you, ok now this is professional.. Dante gets here we look he presented me with options and he went above and beyond to get into my budget and fix everything needed to get me working again. I'm so very thankful I found this company and I believe a few new friends after we shared some conversation. Honestly this was top notch and you won't find better don't bother. Thanks gentlemen 5 stars all the way around from the call to the shake leaving once you were done.
