I was really impressed with Precision Garage Door of Harrisburg. I called them and they were able to get a technician out the same day. My technician, Taylor, was fantastic. He clearly explained what the problem was and gave me several different options for the repair rather than just pushing the most expensive fix. I really appreciated that he wasn't pushy and let me decide what worked best for my situation. It’s hard to find that kind of transparency and honesty these days. Fast, professional, and helpful. Absolutely impressed with the service and work completed by Precision Garage Door. A spring on our door, broke last night. I chatted online with their site and was impressed that they would be here in the morning between 8 and 10. Josh arrived by around 9 and got to work on the situation right away. After he had completed the job, he went over all that he had done and explained things to us . We are beyond pleased with the service we got, and would indeed recommend their service to anyone who needs prompt, absolutely professional service!
