Our garage door was not staying closed. We checked all the usual things on our own, and it didn't solve the problem, so we decided we needed an expert. After a Google search, we called Precision Garage Door Service, which had great reviews. They sent someone out within just a few hours, which was amazing! Cody arrived at our home and quickly identified the problem. He clearly explained what the issues were and presented us with several options for fixing it. We made our decision, and he installed a new garage door opener, springs, rollers, and wall control unit. We had a smooth (and oh so QUIET) functioning garage door in no time! He even installed a keypad outside our garage, so we can open the garage that way, which is a huge convenience for our kiddo to get in the house after school. He helped us install the app to use for the door as well, which notifies me anytime the door is opened or closed, or if someone is detected in the garage. The new opener even has a camera on it and shows me footage of any garage activity on the app. I felt like a kid at Christmas time after Cody left! I never knew a garage door could bring me so much joy, but I am absolutely in love with the door now. I look forward to going out in my car now just so I can operate the garage door, LOL! When it's time to replace our other garage door opener, we'll definitely be using Precision again. The entire experience from the first phone call to the completion of the repair was fantastic! I highly recommend them.

I came home around 9:00 on Thursday night and could not get into our garage. A neighbor helped me lift open the door so we could get my wife's car out of the garage as she had an early morning appointment the next day. The neighbor helped me look up garage door companies and the reviews for Precision were excellent. I called and made an appointment for the next day. The technician, Ryan Dugan, was in contact with us about when he would arrive. Ryan evaluated the problem, presented 3 options and explained each option to us in detail. So it's 4:30 Sunday afternoon and I've just discovered the main spring on the garage door snapped freaking my wife and dogs out. TO the internet I go to find someone who could repair. Precision comes up in my search and has 1500 reviews with 5-stars. Gotta be true since it's on the internet huh. I made the call and was greeted by a very cheerful young lady. I explained the situation and asked when someone would be able to come out. I was interested in either repair of what I have or replacement of the entire system. It was 25 years old. To my surprised she said "How about tomorrow at 8am???" Sign me up!!! Next morning Chad is onsite to assess the situation. Told him I was open to all options. After his assessment he gave me 4 potions. I asked what the lead time was and he responded "I can do it all today." Holy crap folks...lol I picked my choice of options and he went to work. 5 hours later....I am parking my Jeep and wife's car back in the garage with new lifts, replaced rollers, springs, etc....for BOTH of the doors. Figured might as well fix it all. Most likely the easiest 5 start rating I have given. Professionalism and customer service were through the roof. Would highly recommend.
