Steve Davis was great !!! He showed up ahead of time, did a thorough examination and gave us opinions. He made sure we understood what he saw as problems and described it in layman’s terms. Nothing was hidden and once we agreed to have the work done by Precision, he completed the work in a few hours. When he demonstrated the new doors, my wife was astounded by how quiet the doors operated now!! Steve was very pleasant and personable. He programmed my wife’s car and explained, in detailed how the new doors worked. We highly recommend Precision and Steve to help with your garage door needs.

THOUGH THE SERVICE I NEEDED WAS A REPAIR, IT WAS ACTUALLY MAJOR SURGERY. JUSTIN AND CHAD HANDLED THE OPERATION WITH EASE AND EFFICIENCY. JUSTIN AND CHAD ARE CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONALS, AFFABLE, AND PUNCTUAL. THE JOB WAS EXTENSIVE {EVERY PART EXCEPT THE DOOR ITSELF - A VERY LARGE DOOR - WAS REPLACED AND REMOUNTED}, BUT JUSTIN EXPLAINED WELL THE NECESSITY FOR EVERY CHANGE. NO QUESTION WAS LEFT UNANSWERED. I CANNOT RECOMMEND PRECISION GARAGE DOOR HIGHLY ENOUGH! MY THANKS.

This morning, my garage door suddenly stopped working and trapped my car inside—right when I needed to leave. Thankfully, Jason from Precision Doors came to the rescue! He arrived quickly, assessed the problem, and was able to get the garage door open so I could get my car out and continue with my day. That alone was a huge relief. But Jason didn’t stop there—he also diagnosed the issue as a faulty motor and had a brand new one installed in no time. Jason was professional, efficient, and clearly very skilled. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure the new motor worked perfectly before he left. The door is now running better (and quieter!) than it ever has. I’m incredibly grateful for the fast and reliable service. If you ever find yourself stuck like I was, I highly recommend Jason at Precision Doors. Top-notch service and a true lifesaver!

We were interested in seeing if installing new garage doors would help to keep the garage from heating up so much in the summer. Jeremy assessed the doors, which though older, were well insulated and in good condition. He told us that we wouldn't feel much difference with new doors, and would be better off installing an air conditioner in the window. We were grateful for his honesty, which saved us from spending money needlessly. While he was here, we got an estimate for a new garage door opener, which we definitely will need shortly! It's refreshing to find a company so trustworthy! We definitely highly recommend Precision services!

Our technician, Josh was friendly, respectful, communicated his time of arrival, explained his inspection effectively, had all of the parts to make the repairs, and worked in 100 degree heat with a smile! We called Precision Garage Door Service early on a Monday morning because our very old garage door had finally stopped working, just as we had to leave on a trip to Vermont. We were happily surprised that they could send an employee, Jerry Edlreth, to look over the situation in just a few hours! Soon after Jerry arrived, he sent us photographs and began explaining to us what went wrong and what he could do to fix it. He carefully explained the various options we had, and when we made our decision, he spent the next several hours doing exactly what we wanted. He was very kind, friendly, and professional throughout the day--even though our garage is not air conditioned and the temperature was near 100 degrees! We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.
