Tyler was the technician that accomplished my service. He was professional, patient and thorough. I had a intermittent problem with my garage door and at first it acted like it was supposed to then it started having the problem which Tyler quickly diagnosed and repaired. Precision fixed our garage door many years ago - spring, rollers, and cables. They did a great job then so when the door opener broke this weekend we called them again. Steven was our technician. Just like last time our appointment time was 10 - 12. Steven called at 9:45 and was here promptly at 10. He went to work right away, finishing around 11:30. Fast, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. We were told that our technician the from the first appointment is now the Tech Manager. Clearly the company hires and maintains staff with a great work ethic and professionalism. We won't go anywhere else. Thanks again!

I needed service on my garage door opener to correct the connectivity to my remote devices and the punch pad, as well as a general inspection and remediation of the entire lift assembly which was operating somewhat sub optimally. It was easy to schedule and they actually came out the same day I called. Justin was terrific; very personable and a good communicator! He explained the process clearly, performed a thorough inspection and suggested solutions. He very efficiently fixed the problems, performed needed maintenance and improved the performance of the lift. Very satisfied and will use them again as needed.

We called Precision on a Friday night on a holiday weekend and they came out the very next morning. Randy diagnosed the problem and gave us several options to remedy the problem. Justin Emig arrived at my house on time. Justin was very professional. he was replacing an old opener that finally gave up. After discussing what I wanted and explaining what needed to be replaced Justin started the work. Everything went very smooth, and quickly till the remote control would not work. Now Justin had to troubleshoot. A few phone calls were made and he discovered that a part for the "beam" was faulty. After replacing the faulty sensor everything worked fine. Justin mentioned that he never had this happen before. Justin never lost his cool in the situation, and I told him that just because a part is new, it doesn't mean, it works. Stuff happens. All through the replacement Justin was professional and I would and will recommend Precision Garage Door and Justin to anyone needing garage door work.

I had a busy day planned with errands to run and appointments. Of course today was the day my garage door wouldn't open! I called the company that installed the door. Their reply was.they would try to get there today or tomorrow. I called Presision Door as they installed a door on my previous home. Fortunately they were able to get to me within 2 hours. Ty called 10 minutes later and said he could get to me in 40 minutes! Ty saved my busy day and did a fantastic job!

My garage door stopped working. After reading some reviews, my wife suggested Precision Garage Door. I called not expecting same day service, but the technician (Jerry Eldreth) showed up by 2:30 and inspected the malfunctioning door. He quickly diagnosed the problem to a burned out motor possibly caused by old rollers, loose springs and old age. He gave me several options. I pick the option that worked best for me and told him that so long as he was fixing one door he might as well do both, so he quoted me a price. Again, I thought he'd be scheduling a time to come out for the maintenance, but he told me that he could knock it out that afternoon. He started to work and finished it up in a couple of hours. Through the entire time, Jerry was courteous, professional and thoroughly explained what he was doing. I'd use Precision doors again in a heartbeat....but hopefully I won't need to.

Very professional from the service call to the completion of the job. It was a broken spring that needed replaced but with speaking with the Tech Jerry he told me things that needed done along with things I didn’t know were on the verge of being issues.
