Worker were on time. They were at my place to give an estimate on raising the track and door closer to the ceiling. They were there over an hour and were unable to provide an estimate. After talking to them I was advised that they would email to me later that day. Well over 24 hours went by. I called regarding the estimate. I was told that they will look into it and have an estimate sent by email. I waited over an hour still no response. I two other companies out and received estimates on the spot. I eventually gave up with not receiving an estimate so I called them back and told them I went with another company. Sorry to say I wouldn’t recommend this company poor service and communication.

Jerry was the tec. Just super! Explained everything great. Basically rebuilt my garage door. New springs, pulleys, rollers, cables and braced / repaired the door itself after I had backed into it.

Had a torsion spring snap. The technician, Jerry, called early to give an estimated arrival time for the appointment and gave me a few options for repair and upgrading. Very satisfied with the repairs done. Garage door was up and running quickly.

My garage door spring snapped on a Sunday, by using the online chat I was able to set up an appointment for Monday. The tech arrived early, showed me other potential problems (21-year-old door). I took the overhaul my door plan and the tech had my door operating in under 30 minutes. Great job.
