Spring broke on our garage door when out with friends and when we came home could not get the garage door opened. We called and were able to get an appointment the very next day. Technician was exactly on time and explained everything in detail. Extremely nice and work was done within an hour and a half. Price was less than expected especially for a weekend.

Chad arrived in time as expected. He checked the entire system for wear and tear and have me a detailed account. After hearing about my options, and because of the age of my current opener, I opted for a replacement. Chad worked efficiently and soon had the unit installed. He explained the system and asked if I had questions. I'm very satisfied with the new system.

Thank you for providing me the feeling of safety. I installed a new garage door and was just completely unsure that I had it all installed correctly. I was looking for an expert to pass or fail my installation. According to Jerry, I did a pretty good job, there were a few adjustments needed overall. Jerry was very knowledgeable with garage doors and troubleshooting problem issues. I still have a few issues; however, Jerry explained what I need to do and watch out for. I plan to have a technician back again when I have electricity so the door opener can be installed; and again, after the new leveling floor is installed to adjust the spring and cables. Also, Jerry is a very nice man, professional, and an asset to your company. Best wishes.
