We needed a new garage door. Brayden the first technician that arrived was especially helpful in leading us to the exact door to replace our broken one. He also recommended where to order the door from so it would be only about 3 weeks for it to arrive. On installation day we had technicians Cody and Jose arrive right on time and very efficiently install our new door in about 2 & 1/2 hours . Any waste from the job was cleaned up and taken away. Our garage door was making an unusual sound when it was going up and/or down. It had always been so quiet. Precision has given us prompt and courteous service in our prior visit 3 years ago and today. They replaced a worn out garage door opener 3 years ago with a quite and reliable opener. So we contacted them again when our other door opener gave out. Different tech but the same prompt service. Tech was local and courteous. Had to replace a panel in my garage door, service was fast and well done. The installer was very professional and easy to deal with. After that experience I decided to get another door installed in my barn. The person who came up to do the estimate was easy to work with and helped me to figure out how to frame out the placement for the new door, in doing this he helped me save on the cost of the installation of the new door. Which is not something that most companies would do. Great service and friendly and knowledgeable personnel, would recommend them to anyone looking to have door work done.

Thank you for providing me the feeling of safety. I installed a new garage door and was just completely unsure that I had it all installed correctly. I was looking for an expert to pass or fail my installation. According to Jerry, I did a pretty good job, there were a few adjustments needed overall. Jerry was very knowledgeable with garage doors and troubleshooting problem issues. I still have a few issues; however, Jerry explained what I need to do and watch out for. I plan to have a technician back again when I have electricity so the door opener can be installed; and again, after the new leveling floor is installed to adjust the spring and cables.
