My Genie opener seized and quit working. I arranged for an apt online and confirmed by text msg. Installer called and asked to come early and I agreed. I needed my springs replaced and a new precision opener installed. In less that two hours job was complete with a code box outside and a wall mount in the garage. Quiet, smooth operation, and fast open and close. I made the right choice and highly recommend Precision. An extra bonus is the great warranty.

Saw your commercial this morning, and 90 minutes later Cody showed up. He was honest, courteous and professional. When he told me you stand behind your parts and service for 5 years, I was very impressed, and sold. Door was fixed and working within an hour. More companies need to be like this. I contacted Precision Garage Door Service and my call was answered promptly by a friendly and helpful associate. They scheduled an appointment for the next morning between 10:00-12:00. As promised our Technician-Nia arrived just a few minutes after 10:00. He assessed the work needed and offered a few options. While a broken spring repair would have solved the issue, he did point out a number of other repair issues to consider. This was by no means a high pressure sell and he did a great job explaining why we should consider replacing a few other parts which were now about 32 years old. We accepted his recommendations, and he completed the work promptly and professionally in less than two hours. Our door works better than it has in years, and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. They offer prompt service, and their entire team is friendly, courteous, and professional.

Josh Finkbeiner was our service person and we could not be happier. Weren’t sure what needed to be done and it turned out everything except the actual door! He was so professional and experienced and he talked us through every procedure and why it needed to be done. We did not imagine we would have to spend $1695.00 today, but we feel confident that he was honest about our problems and everything was done to perfection. We had a spring break on our garage door yesterday evening. This morning, my son and I were able to assist getting it up to get our vehicles out of the garage, but I wanted to get it fixed ASAP. I called first thing this morning and was able to get an appointment between 9:00 and 11:00 am. The technician (Benji) was very knowledgeable and just an all around nice guy to deal with. He had it fixed in no time! I would definitely recommend Precision Door!

My call was taken in quick order and they were able to dispatch a rep within several hours. Jordan was friendly and knowledgeable, and professional. He performed an analysis and prevented me with multiple options and varying price ranges. He made recommendations, but there was no pressure or salesmanship. He performed the work efficiently and explained all of the changes when complete. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone, and Jordan, in particular.

My service person arrived promptly almost exactly at the time he said he would. I was hoping that all I would need would be the spring replacement unfortunately that was not the case. My service person replaced the entire spring assembly and springs but the door still did not open properly. Fortunately my repairman had everything necessary to replace my door opener with a new one and complete the entire job. I have a limited income and this was an expense that I was not expecting. The service was pricey but I do believe the job was well done and hopefully I don't need to have this done again in my lifetime. My repair person was very empathetic to the entire situation as I'm sure you all run into this everyday. My only complaint is obviously the price but, with things in the world as they are today it is almost expected. The service that I received was quick and professional. Hopefully the products that were installed it will be well worth the cost. Garage doors/openers are a convenience that we absolutely take for granted until they don't work. Thank you!

I really appreciated the fact that your company was able to come out on the same day. When your garage door isn't working, it really is an inconvenience. Nia, the technician you sent out was very nice and professional. He assessed the problem and was able to fix it the very same day. He also told us that there was another issue and suggested we have that fixed also. No pressure. Just suggesting. We scheduled the additional work and he came out the same day also. Had a great experience with a replacement of our garage door opener and replacement of other garage door parts. Called Precision Doors later in the day on 7/5 and by noon on 7/6 the work was completed. We called to have a few springs replaced on two garage doors. The service technician was very professional and knowledgable. He gave us different options and when I chose one of the cheaper options there was no pressure or sales pitch to take the higher priced option. He explained the difference between the options and what to expect and then when I chose the cheaper option that was it. The service was done quickly and at the time they stated. The most important part though - the job was well done, quality work. I was very happy with the work the tech did. He was friendly, looked professional and did quality work. They were definitely not the cheapest but overall definitely worth it. I'd rather pay a little more for quality work.
