I was in the service business for 40 years ,as a manager & your rep. did an excellent job of representing your company. He explained what he wanted to repair & my options. When completed he showed the work for my approval. One of the most professional ,I have encountered in years. It is very difficult to find an employee of this caliber today.

Excellent, professional service! Quick response to my early morning phone call. The office staff gathered my information and scheduled a technician immediately. Two hours later Jerry arrived on time and ready with all the equipment and parts needed to repair my garage door. Jerry is a personable fellow with tons of job knowledge. He provided me options for me to choose from - excellent business model! It's nice to know there's a reliable technician and friendly staff on call. Must be a nice place to work! Expectations exceeded!

Chad Lahue was technician. A phone call from him alerted me to his arrival time. He honestly described options to replace broken torsion springs with Lifetime Warranted Double Torsion Rebuild. He worked quickly all the while answering my questions. A very professional service call. I loved that this company has 24 hour personal phone service. Also the company has coupons on the website which I presented and Chad told me of other coupons of higher value the company had available, which he used. "5 Stars" all around.

I would highly recommend Chad for your garage door needs. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Chad replaced our garage door motor, springs and installed a keypad.. We are very happy with his service and how quickly he came out, same day we called. Also, cost was very reasonable for the job that was done!
