Our garage opener needed a complete new motor and mechanism. Kody explained our options and we realized our new build home had a poor installation and a cheap opener that was never working consistently. We chose to replace what Landmark builders originally had in our garage. Kody was professional and took us thru the inspection after work was finished. Highly recommend Precision Garage!

Well my wife came home from work and while putting the garage door down we heard a large bang. I went out to see what the noise was and saw that one of the two long springs broke. Unfortunately this happened around 5pm on Friday afternoon and knowing that the repair on the garage door couldn’t wait till Monday, I reach out to you guys! I was very pleased with how fast you got there and made the repairs. Your service technician was great and him gave me three different repair options that came with different types of warranties. The repairs were done in a timely manner and we were very pleased with the work that was done. I highly recommend Precision Door Service, especially in an emergency situation. Thanks again for your professionalism and quick response to fix my garage door!

I was amazed with the work and professionalism of the technician. While I initially disagreed with my wife that service was necessary, I ultimately changed my mind when issues not known to me were explained. We are very pleased with the finished product. Great job!

We (wife & I ) think it's a lil too soon to be giving a rating as till the garage door is tried a bit we won't really know if the job has been completed satisfactory, however it appears to be working ok now without motor. We do have some issues however: the young man was a lil abrupt with answers, seems he could of been a lil more friendly. Also we asked for a receipt and a warranty, he sent the receipt via email but did not have amount paid on receipt, I ( Andrew) phoned the company and after a couple attempts we got a receipt with amt.paid. We are acustom to receiving receipts apon payment, that is a part of good business practice. Secondary the young man told us the work was warranted 10 years as we DID NOT GO WITH THE "BANDAID" OPTION but the next available option. We did not as of yet receive any Warranty in print! Even though that was brought up when we had to phone you's for a receipt, that man appeared he did not know how to do it but would get someone who did know and we could expect a warranty in print BUT we still have not received it! We cannot give you's a good review till we know your a company that does good work and keeps their word.... We will not know of the quality of work till it's been tried and proven for awhile and please send us a Warranty IN PRINT!

Thanks to Blake for rebuilding my failing Garage Door System, Results “speak” of his skill and training; just very quietly! First learned about Prevision from Eddie back in 2020 while living in Mechanicsburg, Pa. Still best in the business!!

Precision Garage Door Service hires the nicest people-from the people answering phones to the service people who come out, everyone is just great. We have a somewhat challenging garage door set up and Precision always helps us out. I was very happy with their solution to fix our door today and the 10-year warranty is a great bonus. Highly recommend.

The service was top quality from the estimate to the finished product. The employees were courteous and asked several times along the process if I had any questions about my purchase. The repair panels that I needed were in stock and they were able to do the job within days of the estimate. I am very happy with the finished product.

Thank you for a job well done, efficient, very fast service. Our technician Blake Fischer was wonderful, he explained what choices we had, did an evaluation on the motor he was going to repair or a new one from precision, we opted to go with new motor, Blake was very thorough in his work ethic, task oriented, explained everything when he was done; we appreciated getting a personal call before his arrival, also having a picture on my phone. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Company. Again thank you bk t

I saw your commercial on TV and thought I would get a price for my broken spring. I liken your company to like going to get my tires rotated and they tell me I need this and that. They looked at my door and gave me we 3 prices up to $1200 and the cheapest being around $800. I asked how much just fix my broken spring (which I was replacing both at the same time) and he gave me a price of $762 I declined the work and went with a local door service (Cornwell door service) and they replaced both springs and the cables also for $505. A savings of over $250 plus what the cables would have cost me. Cornwells technician which worked there for 40 years said the other work was not necessary that your technician quoted me a price for.

I had a quick response to get an appointment. My nephew referred me to you as a low cost good garage door company. He also had 1960 door. He had a low cost. I was given $1500 plus for 4 new straps.. The two straps were not needed but the finished job needed afew wheels and the job cost me $1500 plus anyway.. My nephew paid $400/ Joshua did good. I had to do WD40 to get a smooth roll, He informed me what he was doing well prompt and pleasant. Price too high
