After forgetting I had put the deadbolt lock across my garage door one windy night and hitting the opener the next morning I watched in horror as my door crumpled and started leaning like the tower in Pisa. I panicked and called Precision Garage Doors and Rick was so wonderful to come out the same day, assess the situation and talked over the resolution. He showed me the various new doors, explained insulated garage doors so I purchased a new door with the insulation thanks to him which I’m so glad I did! In addition he was kind enough to help get the door fully closed so I would feel safe. Only three weeks later Nicole was so fun and helpful when we were scheduling the install and today my gorgeous new door was installed thanks to the amazingly talented Silas! He was so friendly and helpful from going over maintenance steps to exceeding my expectations with the end result. As a person who had worked in various customer facing positions I was incredibly impressed by every employee I worked with. If I could give this company 100 stars I would for their responsiveness, quality products and top-tier customer service!!! Thank you all for another job done beyond expectations!

Andonia was my repair guy and I was not able to be home while he completed the job. He did a great job communicating everything to me over the phone. When I got home I had a garage door that was working like new. He had it done so quickly. They were great to deal with from the time I called to schedule until it was finished.

I am so impressed. Called and they were there within 2 hours. The technician Jerry was very personable and checked everything to make sure nothing was loose. Door had been making terrible noises and when he left it was so quiet. I would recommend to anyone with a garage door. Thanks guys!

Nia was totally prepared for everything. He explained everything to me and gave me the options before starting. After agreement he went to work and installed everything in a timely manner. My current opener and wires were 30 years old, so he had quite a challenge. I will need a new door before the end of this year. I will be calling Nia and Precision Door Service. Nia was also very courteous throughout the process.

Precision was recommended to me when I solicited recommendations on Facebook for a garage door repair company. I researched all three companies that were recommended and Precision stood out among them from the get-go. All of their reviews were outstanding and Precision's replies to the reviews were professional and well thought out, which really impressed me. My need was not urgent, so I filled out the easy, online request and received a return call very promptly. Steven was professional and thorough on the phone with what to expect, including full disclosure about the service call fee. On the day of service, my technician Chad, called 35 minutes before arriving and arrived promptly within the timeframe expected. He was accompanied by Jordan, a trainee. Both were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Chad gave me three different options for repair, with very thorough explanations of what each would cover. There was absolutely no pressure to choose the most expensive option. Once I chose my option, they were well-prepared to do the work and completed it immediately while on site. I was very pleased with Precision and am extraordinarily grateful for the recommendation.

When I was leaving my home to travel to work, my garage opener burned out. I contacted a representative from Precision Garage Doors, and he was able to send a technician the same morning to replace it. The service technican was very courteous, knowledge, and professional. He informed me the reasons why my door opener was malfunctioning and presented me with three viable options. After replacing my door opener, he thoroughly demonstrated how the new door opener operated. The price of the door opener and installation was very competitive, and I was very satisfied. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors, and I give my experience with them a rating of Super, Solid, Gold!

Excellent, professional service! Quick response to my early morning phone call. The office staff gathered my information and scheduled a technician immediately. Two hours later Jerry arrived on time and ready with all the equipment and parts needed to repair my garage door. Jerry is a personable fellow with tons of job knowledge. He provided me options for me to choose from - excellent business model! It's nice to know there's a reliable technician and friendly staff on call. Must be a nice place to work! Expectations exceeded!

Chad Lahue was technician. A phone call from him alerted me to his arrival time. He honestly described options to replace broken torsion springs with Lifetime Warranted Double Torsion Rebuild. He worked quickly all the while answering my questions. A very professional service call. I loved that this company has 24 hour personal phone service. Also the company has coupons on the website which I presented and Chad told me of other coupons of higher value the company had available, which he used. "5 Stars" all around.

I would highly recommend Chad for your garage door needs. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Chad replaced our garage door motor, springs and installed a keypad..
