I had the pleasure of working with Steve Davis from Precision Garage Door of York, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Steve came out to fix my garage door, which had broken springs, and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Not only is Steve highly skilled at what he does, but he also took the time to clearly explain everything about the repair process, how the system works, and what signs of wear I should watch for in the future. It's rare these days to find someone so thorough and willing to educate the customer along the way. Another standout quality — Steve cleaned up after the work was done, leaving the area spotless. That attention to detail and respect for the customer’s home really sets him apart. I'm so impressed with his professionalism and workmanship that I’ll be calling Steve again in a few weeks when it's time to replace our garage door opener. Highly recommend him to anyone needing garage door service!

We were very impressed with Steve, the Repairman that came out. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. The only thing he had to wait awhile for another employee to come out to lift the garage door open which is included in the rate.
