Blake has been a significant part of our team since joining Precision Door in 2024. Prior to working at Precision Door, Blake managed an asphalt plant, making him no stranger to the hard work and passion that is needed to be successful. We are thankful Blake found his passion for garage doors, and that he uses that passion to take excellent care of all of our customers. Outside of work, you can find Blake riding his motorcycle or hunting. Blake’s favorite thing about Precision Door is the comradery among all of his teammates. We are looking forward to Blake getting to serve you!

Blake was very professional and comfortable to talk with. He did a preliminary inspection of our door, hardware, etc. After which he explained his findings and showed me wear on parts that should be serviced. We were then offered different repair options. Our door was over 25 years old, so we opted for an overhaul. Springs, rollers, cables, etc. Very pleased with the results. Door is much quieter than it was. Will definitely recommend Precision to others. Purchase new product list should include an option for door overhaul (springs, roller, cables, etc.)

I had a broken garage door spring. When I called Precision I got a live person which he was very nice and professional. He collected all of my information and offered to have a technician come out the same day. Our schedule was busy that day but he offered a technician would be available the next morning. I got text and email appointment confirmations and what technician would be there. Blake our technician called to let us know he was on his way and he arrived on time. Blake diagnosed our problem very quickly and offered his assessment of our door which everything has been original since we have been in our home. He explained the different options for repairs and the warranties that come with each option. We decided to have the door overhauled with new springs, rollers, drums, pulleys, and bearings. After Blake had repaired the door it ran 100% better and smoother and the door opener didn’t sound like it was struggling to lift the door. Blake had all this done in about 2 hours and our door was back in service. He also left our garage cleaned up and checked to make sure we were happy with the work. I would definitely recommend precision door service to anyone looking for a garage door service company and I would use them again for service.

Excellent start to finish! I used their website to research their service, set a time for an appointment 3 hours later, received a call that they were already in the area and had Blake at my door 45 minutes later. He diagnosed the issues, presented 3 options and had by selection done in another hour. He replaced the motor, switched out the wheel, lubed the wheels and wire and installed the remote in another 45 minutes. It works great and has less than 1/2 of the noise of my former lift master.

This morning, I could not open the garage door as it made a terrible noise and would only open part way. I called Precision immediately as Precision worked on our garage door back in 2021. The response was quick with Blake Fischer as the Technician and it turned out to be an Ice Breaker tool got accidently lodged between the track and garage door and there was no damage. However, Blake gave us two options that he could do to improve the function of our garage door or we could just leave it as is as there was no apparent damage. We opted to have the garage door parts lubricated and since the motor was 17 years old, we opted to have that replaced. Now the garage door closes much quieter, more smoothly and no longer thumps when it touches the garage floor. We are very pleased. Blake was professional, friendly and informative. We will call Precision again if another issue would ever arise. We felt that the fee was reasonable.

The 1st time I reached out to Percison, 2022, the man was very knowledgeable, professional & relatively quick. This go round, Tyler the Technician has a beeeeeeeautiful 'gentle' spirit, which makes the customer encounter very pleasant. Tyler was very professional & knowledgeable about his profession. Would be a DREAM if you had more employees such as Tyler. Precision actually is working with me on payment & this is a HUGH FACTOR & this DOES matter when unable to accommodate the work that was performed. The patients & understanding & working with; DOES matter. I WOULD recommend Precision to family & friends who have garages. Our garage doors were becoming less and less efficient. I called Precision because they service the type of garage door openers that we have. My technician, Blake Fischer came a few hours after my call. He thoroughly explained every detail of our garage doors, and why they had broken down over the 19 years and were working so inefficiently. He gave me a very fair price, and I decided to replace all the components and the unit motors for both of my garages. I was astounded by how quiet and smooth everything operated when he finished. I don’t think I could be any happier with the work and Precision garage door service!

We (wife & I ) think it's a lil too soon to be giving a rating as till the garage door is tried a bit we won't really know if the job has been completed satisfactory, however it appears to be working ok now without motor. We do have some issues however: the young man was a lil abrupt with answers, seems he could of been a lil more friendly. Also we asked for a receipt and a warranty, he sent the receipt via email but did not have amount paid on receipt, I ( Andrew) phoned the company and after a couple attempts we got a receipt with amt.paid. We are acustom to receiving receipts apon payment, that is a part of good business practice. Secondary the young man told us the work was warranted 10 years as we DID NOT GO WITH THE "BANDAID" OPTION but the next available option. We did not as of yet receive any Warranty in print! Even though that was brought up when we had to phone you's for a receipt, that man appeared he did not know how to do it but would get someone who did know and we could expect a warranty in print BUT we still have not received it! We cannot give you's a good review till we know your a company that does good work and keeps their word.... We will not know of the quality of work till it's been tried and proven for awhile and please send us a Warranty IN PRINT!

Precision Garage Door installed new motors, rollers, springs, etc about a year ago. One unit stopped working. I thought it was just a minor electrical issue. As it turned out the motor unit was bad. The technician was on time and professional through the repair process. Since the unit was under warranty there was no costs for the replaced unit and labor to install it. I would recommend Precision Garage Door.

We were experiencing problems with our double-wide garage door and came home one afternoon to find that it would not open. I called Precision Door that evening and they had a service technician come out the very next morning. Blake Fischer called in advance to alert me of his arrival. He was polite and courteous throughout the whole service call, explaining all my options in detail. He performed a technician inspection which revealed the problem as well as opportunities to replace worn parts. He completed the repair in a relatively short time and replaced the garage door motor and belts. Garage door works like brand new.
