Purchased two new doors for a house we recently purchased. DanielM was very helpful selecting the doors and going thru the options to fit our needs. The doors were ready about a month later and PBD was able to get them installed the same day. Technican KennyD arrived and did an excellent job installed both door, and all new hardware in oppressive summer heat. True professionals. Highly recommended! Thanks.

Very professional and not in a hurry. Very thorough and talented. Pretty much everything included in price. Can’t wait for new door and opener! And this time it will be done right. (Last one was not!)

I contacted Precision because they were highly recommended by neighbors. A small repair was needed to my garage door trim, which was handled quickly. The employees were knowledgeable and respectful of me and my property.

We had Daniel as the representative who came to our house to give us an estimate. We were so impressed with his knowledge and understanding of what we need for the door. The prices are very reasonable. All in all, we are going with Precision because Daniel made us feel comfortable and was able to answer every question we had. Thank you for this opportunity to praise your company.

We chose Precision for high customer ratings and promptness in response to our call. We were unable to fully close or use our garage door after an accidental impact. Daniel was thoroughly professional in showing us options for repair or replacement. We decided on a new door, and Daniel was able to make the old one operational in the meantime. Great experience, with resolution in an hour!

Our experience with precision so far has been great. We received a timely response to our call and promptly arranged an appointment with Dan. He was on time and reviewed what we wanted done, measured and asked questions. Dan then reviewed our options and provided us with a quote as well as brochures. He understood we were getting other quotes and dud not apply any pressure and did not bad mouth the competition. Guess what? We just placed an order, if installation can match Dan's professional, prompt and courteous performance then another review will be coming!
