I have reviewed several garage door companies but chose Precision because of reviews and history. I have not been disappointed- Zach was very professional walking me thought the process and reviewing the quote in detail with myself and my husband. Katelyn followed up with all the paperwork and within an hour or so I have an installation date and am excited to get our new garage doors installed. Fabulous Teamwork and professionalism. Absolutely fantastic service. From making the appointment to the actual same-day service, everyone was friendly, professional and explained everything in detail and offered three options for service needed today and what to expect in the future including how much longer our motor will last. The pricing was reasonable for us as seniors being on a fixed income. No pressure sales and we will recommend to our friends and neighbors. Our local garage door service that we used in the past for maintenance did not answer the phone so I remember seeing a Precision truck in our neighborhood recently and called them. Precision Garage Door Service will definitely be our choice in the future.

A+++ from start to finish. Called at 7am and the (live) phone service was very pleasant and accommodating. Gave me several options for time of repair to fit my schedule. The same day!! Zachary Shope was the service tech that came out to do the repair. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained every aspect of what was needed to get my 25 year old garage door back in great working order after blowing out a cable/spring. He presented me with 3 options at 3 different price points. He was able to do the job onsite with a fully stocked van. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood the work he performed and made sure I was satisfied before signing off on completed job. Precision will be my go to for all my garage door related work from this point forward and Zachary will be the tech I ask for.

Zach Yost arrived promptly for my estimate, and walked me through all of my options without pressuring me into products I didn't want or need. He was sincere, knowledgeable and congenial, and somehow managed to schedule replacement of my door and installation of an automatic opener the very next day. The installers left my garage exactly like they found it, with the door perfectly installed. I am very, very pleased with both the professionalism of Zach and the installers, and the quality of the work performed. I highly recommend Precision!

We had an appointment scheduled between 8 and 10 am. Justin called at 7:36, introduced himself and said he was 1/2 hour away. He immediately diagnosed the problem, did an inspection of future problems, explained all the options and gave me a price on all of those options. The decisions were left up to me with no pressure. He finished the job in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the results.

On 10/31/22 Justin Coonay provided service on our garage door. He explained everything that could be done with options. After he finished and demonstrated how in now worked, it was like we had a new garage door after 17 years. He was very knowledgeable, skillful, courteous, and polite. So a spring on my long-neglected garage door broke and took some pulleys and stuff with it, so I called Precision Garage Door Service Central PA. Smart move. I was able to get an appointment for 8:00 A.M. the very next day. At 7:45 Justin called me to say he'd be here in fifteen minutes. When he arrived, he was pleasant, courteous, and professional as he explained which repairs were necessary; which ones I could safely delay; and what would be my total price for each option. Then he went to work. When I turned around, he was finished, and when he presented me with my invoice, it was for less than I'd expected, when I'd initially called. I'm completely satisfied with the service, and I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. And Justin.

Your staff were very professional, and throughly explained the work needed to be completed, to get my door working. They also provided me with three options for a new garage door and a realistic time frame for installation. We look forward to having the new door installed. Precision replaced the garage door motor 2 two years ago. The installers professionalism gave me the confidence to use Precision today when my door became nonfunctional.
