The entire experience with Precision DoorPA was a novelty in today’s marketplace. Everyone I dealt with was polite, knowledgeable and actually spoke English. Scheduling the repairs was easy, an accurate estimate was provided and they did a great job providing information about the upcoming appointment including a picture of the technician that would be performing the repairs. The technician, Henry, did a thorough inspection. Identified all issues with our garage door and repaired them quickly and completely. I wholeheartedly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Henry arrived early and was quick to see the issues and address them until a new door can arrive. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. I was so impressed by this and also the ease of ordering for interest free financing! Not happy about my door breaking , but they made it easy and painless for same day treatment! Precision Garage Door provided service for us quickly and efficiently. The garage door broke, we called Precision Garage who dispathed a technician within 2 hours. Henry our techician arrived, he was professional, knowlegable and friendly. He swiftly remedied our garage door issue and recomended future remedial actions for us which was much appreciated. Service Technician Dakota came and reviewed the (daunting) task of working on old/antique garage doors with enthusiasm, where another company asked to provide a quote was mad/upset, that they had not been granted permission to services them years ago as he drove by them regularly and made multiple inquiries. (now given the opportunity, he did not want it). Thank you Dakota, look forward to working with you in the near future.

Wow..A great company. Friendly and professional staff. Very helpful. The staff was excellent and answered all my questions. Staff was very efficient and on time. My rep was D. Anderson and I was so glad the office sent me the reps name when they would approximately arrive. I love that this company has real person answering their call and have a 24 hr, 7 days a week repair.

Your staff were very professional, and throughly explained the work needed to be completed, to get my door working. They also provided me with three options for a new garage door and a realistic time frame for installation. We look forward to having the new door installed. Precision replaced the garage door motor 2 two years ago. The installers professionalism gave me the confidence to use Precision today when my door became nonfunctional.

Absolutely fantastic service. From making the appointment to the actual same-day service, everyone was friendly, professional and explained everything in detail and offered three options for service needed today and what to expect in the future including how much longer our motor will last. The pricing was reasonable for us as seniors being on a fixed income. No pressure sales and we will recommend to our friends and neighbors. Our local garage door service that we used in the past for maintenance did not answer the phone so I remember seeing a Precision truck in our neighborhood recently and called them. Precision Garage Door Service will definitely be our choice in the future.
