Jerry responded to our house within 4 hours of my phone call after our garage door was damaged. He was very professional and polite. He answered all of our questions and gave us a very reasonable estimate to have our door replaced. We will be purchasing 2 new garage doors due to the quality of the customer service provided. It's hard to find a company that provides small town customer service in this area, but Precision Door did just that. If you want to feel like a valued customer, contact Precision Door. I will definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone that needs garage door service.

Benji (my technician) was great - but what is very upsetting is that it was less than a year ago that I spent close to $3000.00 for a new garage door. The rollers had to be replaced because they were defective - why would you use rollers of such low quality. Benji said that the upgraded roller and spring package should have been offered to me at the time of the sale. I don't recall that they were but even if they were - why would Precision even put something of that quality on the door to begin with. Based on Benji recommendation I had him replace the rollers and spring to hopefully ensure that there would be no further issues. Having to spent another $400.00 was not in my budget - I am on a fixed income. When I replaced the garage door last November it was my expectation that I would not need to have any service or spend anymore money for a really long time.

Hello Lorraine, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! I want to bring light to surface for our viewers this way our readers can have full transparency. Benji is an excellent tech who is very thorough as you have experienced. Here at Precision Door we use top of the line brands for our door installs. Your specific order had a 3 year warranty on the manufactured parts. They are not, "such low quality" parts. They are the same quality parts that every company in our service area uses. These are the parts the manufacturer gives to dealers when we buy their door. 1-2 springs, 2 cables, 2 drums, 3 bearings, and 10 rollers. Precision Door is however the only company that offers a high cycle package when buying a door for as low as $400.00 with a 10 year warranty. When servicing a door, which is what the services we provided and the service you are reviewing about. The prices to replace all these parts are higher. Benji did give you the option to replace these parts under warranty for only the price of our service fee of $79.00 To which you declined this option, and decided to move forward with the parts upgrade. To which we honored the pricing as if it was originally purchased with the door, as well as honored the 10 year warranty from Sept 2023, and not November 2022 (originally install date). This way, you would not have been charged any more then when you originally purchased the door. We understand the manufactured parts failing while under warranty is not what you or us expected, we did offer to cover the parts under warranty and we were instructed by you to move forward with the parts upgrades for the original cost. this was an excellent Experience. i saw a tv advertisement and called and spoke to Zack (sales) he coordinated everything from there. he scheduled me immediately for the next day, he then connected me with jerry the tech, who was great! jerry called me in advance so i could meet him at my house and not wait at home for him to arrive. he was in and out in no time and had me up and running again. this whole thing was done with lightning speed and for much less cost than 2 other places quoted me. i now have them quoting me for some upgrades to my garage doors and potentially new doors. great job!! i will recommend them to everyone i know.

This is at least my 3rd time using Precision Door Service and have never been let down by their exceptional service. From the initial phone call with a helpful person on the other end of the line and being able to get an appointment set up for the following morning, and the efficient, knowledgeable service provided by Kenny, it was another great experience. Jerry Eldreth explained that what had happened to our opener was a common problem caused by thunderstorms. He arrived earlier than expected and promptly completed the diagnosis. All that was required was a reprogramming of the opener travel much to our relief.

I called Precision Door Service at 7:30 in the evening for a garage door repair. A lady answered and could not have been any nicer. She took all my information and told me that she could have a technician at my house the following day between 12:00 and 2:00. At 1:15 the technician called and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes. When he arrived he introduced himself as Kenny Dyson. He said he would do a safety check and let me know what needed to be fixed. He did that and gave me three quotes on what my options were. I decided to go with the one quote and Kenny fixed it to perfection! I would not only recommend this company but Kenny went the extra miles the entire time he was here!

Fast and fabulous service. I thought I would be waiting days for my new door opener and it was expertly installed and operating within two hours of my call. Technician was truly skilled and efficient. Without hesitation, I would recommend this company for any garage door issues.
