Our garage door wouldn’t open or close…the spring was broken. Ryan arrived exactly when he said he would. He looked over everything. Ryan gave us 3 options to fix our garage door. He explained everything thoroughly. We chose option 3 after he explained all of the things he saw. The garage door now opens and closes so quietly. We love the option of being able to open the garage door from the outside with a code. He did an amazing job! We are very pleased!

This week began with my garage door needing repair. I had seen the Precision commercials and knew exactly who to call. Nick answered the phone and got the process going, he scheduled a time for Jerry to come based on my needs and availability. They texted updates throughout the day and right on time Jerry arrived. Needed to get a broken spring replaced and tech noticed a few issues that would need attention in the near future, so, what the heck, had the new spring installed, new rollers and new bearings. All adjustments were made and in 45 minutes we were operational. Needless to say, this was completed two days early. Had an appointment scheduled for Monday and they called and asked if we were available Saturday morning. Great service, a little pricey, but friendly folks and very efficient.

A friend gave me the name of the company after she used them. As she said, the technician evaluated my problem with two garage doors, gave me recommendations, cost with several options, but left the decision to me. Was not pushy in my making my decision on what to do. The technician started work after finishing up another job about 2:30 pm and finished my job after normal quitting time, I'm sure. He didn't seem to be in a rush to get it done and on his way. I would recommend this company if all their technicians were like mine was.
