Needed to get a broken spring replaced and tech noticed a few issues that would need attention in the near future, so, what the heck, had the new spring installed, new rollers and new bearings. All adjustments were made and in 45 minutes we were operational. Needless to say, this was completed two days early. Had an appointment scheduled for Monday and they called and asked if we were available Saturday morning. Great service, a little pricey, but friendly folks and very efficient.

A friend gave me the name of the company after she used them. As she said, the technician evaluated my problem with two garage doors, gave me recommendations, cost with several options, but left the decision to me. Was not pushy in my making my decision on what to do. The technician started work after finishing up another job about 2:30 pm and finished my job after normal quitting time, I'm sure. He didn't seem to be in a rush to get it done and on his way. I would recommend this company if all their technicians were like mine was.

He recommended items that I didn't realize were needed but didn't feel like I was being "over sold". As someone who also works in customer service, I really appreciated that. We had such a good experience with Precision! Our garage metal frame was bent, from a gentle bump from one of your cars. The garage door then would not close because the sensors were off. It was a safety hazard, as we didn’t want to door open overnight. We called Precision and they had a technician out within 2 hours. He was very polite and fixed the door quickly. Nick who scheduled the service was helpful. I had to cancel and reschedule because my husband was in the hospital. Ryan, the technician was wonderful. He explained everything, what was needed and why. He gave us three choices. After choosing which plan we wanted he did the work immediately. He also programmed the outside garage door opener and programmed the one in my car. He explained how the opener worked. He also took our trash out to the curb and brought my car into the garage. Very nice young man.
