Ryan went above and beyond expected! He knew what was going on with our garage doors and was able to fix the problem and maintenance our garage doors. Brandon Phillips arrived well ahead of the scheduled time and completed the repairs before he was even scheduled to arrive. The technician, Shayne, was extremely professional. He arrived on time, listened to our concerns then began inspecting the systems. After his inspection, he explained our options in an easy-to-understand manner. The work was then completed the same day, and the final cost was equal to the estimate he had provided. We refer Precision Door to anyone who desires professional and honest work and will certainly contact them in the future if their services are needed. Needed to get a broken spring replaced and tech noticed a few issues that would need attention in the near future, so, what the heck, had the new spring installed, new rollers and new bearings. All adjustments were made and in 45 minutes we were operational. Needless to say, this was completed two days early. Had an appointment scheduled for Monday and they called and asked if we were available Saturday morning. Great service, a little pricey, but friendly folks and very efficient.

A friend gave me the name of the company after she used them. As she said, the technician evaluated my problem with two garage doors, gave me recommendations, cost with several options, but left the decision to me. Was not pushy in my making my decision on what to do. The technician started work after finishing up another job about 2:30 pm and finished my job after normal quitting time, I'm sure. He didn't seem to be in a rush to get it done and on his way. I would recommend this company if all their technicians were like mine was.

We had such a good experience with Precision! Our garage metal frame was bent, from a gentle bump from one of your cars. The garage door then would not close because the sensors were off. It was a safety hazard, as we didn’t want to door open overnight. We called Precision and they had a technician out within 2 hours. He was very polite and fixed the door quickly.
