Ryan completed the installation of our new garage door openers, springs, rollers, sensors and key pads. Ryan was meticulous, reviewed everything in detail of what he was going to replace and educated us on the reasons the recommendations were being made. I was pleased when I called and talked with Nick. He was very helpful and got me an appointment on the day I requested. Jerry Eldreth was our technician. He showed up on time, was professional, and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about our garage door system and explained everything well. After examined the entire system he gave us options on what I wanted to do. If I need to have someone come out again I will request Jerry. So far everything seems to be working well. Thank you.

Precision Door is a first class operation! I was having problems with my garage door remaining closed. I called Precision, they responded the same day, made the repair, and all was completed within 8 hours of my original call. Their technician, Brayden, was exceptional, quickly diagnosing the problem, had all the necessary repair parts on his truck, had the repair made within about an hour, and was perhaps the most personable tradesperson I have experienced. A++ Precision Door!

Estimate process was wonderful. The technician Jerry was very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy towards a new units and offered some repair options to our installed unit. Jerry gave me multiple options with the features I was interested in and answered all of my questions. They promptly scheduled me back in when I noted I was having issues with the sensors in the sun. Sudden failure of a garage door spring at 2pm led to a search for a company that could fix it. Precision was my first call based on their google reviews and promised to have someone out to the house between 4 & 6 pm. Josh arrived at 430pm, assessed the job, offered 3 very clear options with the pros and cons of each and at what we considered to be fair pricing. We chose a complete rebuild of the opener system and by 730pm it was installed, operating and demonstrated. Pleasant people, who do what they say, quickly and efficiently and for a fair price. I am pleased to be able to recommend them.
