We were having problems with our three-year old, builder installed, low-end garage door opener. We called Precision because a neighbor had similar problems and recommended them. Someone was at our house within two hours and had everything with him to do the job right away. While our neighbors did a fix; we got a whole new, high-end system. It has a quiet rubber coated belt, works with MyQ, has a backup battery, a lifetime warranty, and other features. We were not pressured to buy this; all alternatives were presented to us. The technician, Josh, was excellent.

This was my first time to use Precision Garage Door Service. I had saved their Val-pak coupon. One of my two doors was working, but inconsistent with a smooth lift. Jerry Eldreth and his associate Technician throughly diagnosed this and my second door. Then provided me with 3 options for repair. Jerry kept me up to date with all key issues or unexpected repairs. I’m thoroughly impressed with the repairs and Precision will be my go to service. And if possible Jerry my dedicated Technician.

I set up an appointment online which was very easy. The tech Josh called ahead and was on time. He explained everything in detail and gave a quote before he started. The job done that same day. Everything was done to my expectations. As far as the cost, I have nothing to compare it to.

I had a busy day planned with errands to run and appointments. Of course today was the day my garage door wouldn't open! I called the company that installed the door. Their reply was.they would try to get there today or tomorrow. I called Presision Door as they installed a door on my previous home. Fortunately they were able to get to me within 2 hours. Ty called 10 minutes later and said he could get to me in 40 minutes! Ty saved my busy day and did a fantastic job!

My garage door stopped working. After reading some reviews, my wife suggested Precision Garage Door. I called not expecting same day service, but the technician (Jerry Eldreth) showed up by 2:30 and inspected the malfunctioning door. He quickly diagnosed the problem to a burned out motor possibly caused by old rollers, loose springs and old age. He gave me several options. I pick the option that worked best for me and told him that so long as he was fixing one door he might as well do both, so he quoted me a price. Again, I thought he'd be scheduling a time to come out for the maintenance, but he told me that he could knock it out that afternoon. He started to work and finished it up in a couple of hours. Through the entire time, Jerry was courteous, professional and thoroughly explained what he was doing. I'd use Precision doors again in a heartbeat....but hopefully I won't need to.

It was a broken spring that needed replaced but with speaking with the Tech Jerry he told me things that needed done along with things I didn’t know were on the verge of being issues. In the end Jerry replaced what he explained to me plus we had him install a belt drive opener. Thanks to Jerry and the team at Precision

When I called in the afternoon to make an appointment, I did not expect them to say they could come out that same day. Ty showed up and explained exactly what he would be doing and the price. He was there for almost 5 hours. He showed us all that was done, explained the warranty and even said we could call him if needed. Everyone we dealt with was very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
