Selected Precision as a name I was familiar with and the good ratings. We were able to get an appointment right away and Josh showed up right on time and even notified us when he was 10 minutes away. Josh went to work right away and saw the broken spring immediately. He advised he would inspect the door system and let us know what options we had. He gave us a detailed report and 3 options. Option 1 was just to replace the broken spring. Option 2 was to replace the springs, cables, rollers, and the end and center pressure plates as well as balance the door. We went with Option 2 for our 20 year old door.Josh was very informative, professional, and courteous. We would definitely call Precision again.

I used Precision Garage Door for a repair caused by the original installer. I was impressed with the honesty of their advertising, so I gave them the opportunity to service my door. Lead Tech Jerry arrived on time. I reviewed the door problem with him the very day I called for an appointment. The repairs necessary were about to delay a carpentry and painting projects. Jerry gave me a more than fair estimate within 30 of on-site inspection. He completed his work professionally and for the estimate quoted the same day. No hidden extras!! I will always count on Precision for any garage and opener work. Thank you!

I will never use Precision Door again. I had one cable that runs from the drum at the top of the door to the very bottom of the door break. The technician took 20 minutes taking the cover off my garage door opener and trying to convince me that I needed a new opener and multiple other upgrades. He gave me 3 options, and the highest one was over $1500. I explained to him that I just wanted the one cable replaced. He took less than 10 minutes to replace both cables at a price of $364.00, and he charged $169 for the pair. I later found those same cables on multiple websites for $12 a pair. I also found the tension release bars online for $28 a pair. I could have done this job for $40 myself. Do the job yourself or get a price from a different company!

Sorry I couldn’t give you a 5 due to a few issues. I understand scheduling, but I feel the job should be completed before moving on to next. I had to clean up after he left, grease on floor & door. Maybe because I’m a bit fussy about my garage. Work performed was good & door functioning well. I did recommend you to my neighbor. Thanks

I strongly do not recommend. Gimmicky on-line ad that waves service fee of $70. Then charged me $150 to manually open my one car garage door. This was not an emergency. I did not need my car out. He asked me to move it out. He took a lot of time pointing out what could ever go wrong with my garage door. He gave me three estimates. A Band-Aid that was going to cost $1050. A full repair at $1324 and the recommended new door at $2092. I quickly sent him on his way called another company who came out and fixed the door for $360.98.

My old door opener and eye sensors wore out. Kenny replaced them and did as good job. Apparently the sensors got out of alinement and Cody made a call to fix the problem. I thought it was the sunlight hitting the senor/ electronic eye. He even made the door quieter by lubricating the hinges. He did come back for a second visit for an easy final adjustment.
