Jerry Eldreth was our technician and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He solved our problem with the door opener not functioning and made numerous adjustments and explained them thoroughly. He even found some cracked hinges and replaced them also. Very good experience, and I got a business card to make sure I know who to go back to next time.

I set up an appointment online which was very easy. The tech Josh called ahead and was on time. He explained everything in detail and gave a quote before he started. The job done that same day. Everything was done to my expectations. As far as the cost, I have nothing to compare it to.

Josh arrived ahead of schedule after calling to confirm that was okay. He listened to my concerns and inspected all components. He gave me options and a clear estimate. He had all the necessary parts with him and completed repairs in a timely manner. I was satisfied with the quality of his work and how smooth it was to schedule the service call.

I had a busy day planned with errands to run and appointments. Of course today was the day my garage door wouldn't open! I called the company that installed the door. Their reply was.they would try to get there today or tomorrow. I called Presision Door as they installed a door on my previous home. Fortunately they were able to get to me within 2 hours. Ty called 10 minutes later and said he could get to me in 40 minutes! Ty saved my busy day and did a fantastic job!

My garage door stopped working. After reading some reviews, my wife suggested Precision Garage Door. I called not expecting same day service, but the technician (Jerry Eldreth) showed up by 2:30 and inspected the malfunctioning door. He quickly diagnosed the problem to a burned out motor possibly caused by old rollers, loose springs and old age. He gave me several options. I pick the option that worked best for me and told him that so long as he was fixing one door he might as well do both, so he quoted me a price. Again, I thought he'd be scheduling a time to come out for the maintenance, but he told me that he could knock it out that afternoon. He started to work and finished it up in a couple of hours. Through the entire time, Jerry was courteous, professional and thoroughly explained what he was doing. I'd use Precision doors again in a heartbeat....but hopefully I won't need to.

Very professional from the service call to the completion of the job. It was a broken spring that needed replaced but with speaking with the Tech Jerry he told me things that needed done along with things I didn’t know were on the verge of being issues. In the end Jerry replaced what he explained to me plus we had him install a belt drive opener. Thanks to Jerry and the team at Precision

When I called in the afternoon to make an appointment, I did not expect them to say they could come out that same day. Ty showed up and explained exactly what he would be doing and the price. He was there for almost 5 hours. He showed us all that was done, explained the warranty and even said we could call him if needed. Everyone we dealt with was very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

We cannot say enough about Josh and Precision! It was incredibly easy to make an appointment—literally online. Josh called about 45 minutes before arriving at our house to let us know he was finishing up another job and would be on his way. Once he arrived, he did a full safety inspection and replaced everything we expected would need to be fixed. He worked quickly and kept us informed about everything he was doing, as well as what to expect once the job was complete. We will definitely recommend Precision and Josh to anyone!

Our sales person, Jeremy Mayer was very knowledgeable about the products that are available. He was down to earth and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t want. I have a bad shoulder so he offered to have the garage door opener installed before the door arrives. Your prices are very comparable to the other estimates we received. The reason we chose Precision was definitely because of Jeremy.
