We had a new garage door opener installed by Josh in July 2025 and were extremely pleased with the work done and the results. When I called Steven to schedule the appointment, he was extremely accommodating in getting us on the schedule immediately because the spring had broken and the door would not open. When Josh arrived, he did a thorough safety inspection, explained his findings and made suggestions for repairs and possible upgrades. Since we had intended to replace the noisy old chain drive opener anyway, we decided to upgrade now. What an amazing difference! Despite the heat and humidity, Josh worked hard to complete all repairs, install the new opener and explain the work he had done and operating instructions. 5-star!

This could have been a very different review. I have an email from Jeremy confirming my 10am appt for August 1st. When no one was there at 10:15, I called. I spoke with Steven who was amazing! He found a technician that could be at the home by 11am. You see, I purchased my home yesterday and am not living there yet so this could have been a major inconvenience. Ryan was the technician who performed the work and was also amazing! I am so impressed how these two gentleman turned a bad experience into a great one! Very, very happy with my finished product!

We called Precision Garage Door Service early on a Monday morning because our very old garage door had finally stopped working, just as we had to leave on a trip to Vermont. We were happily surprised that they could send an employee, Jerry Edlreth, to look over the situation in just a few hours! Soon after Jerry arrived, he sent us photographs and began explaining to us what went wrong and what he could do to fix it. He carefully explained the various options we had, and when we made our decision, he spent the next several hours doing exactly what we wanted. He was very kind, friendly, and professional throughout the day--even though our garage is not air conditioned and the temperature was near 100 degrees!
