The technician, Jerry, was very knowledgeable and transparent on the options and costs up front. He was very thorough on his inspection and didn't pressure us to make one decision over another. He worked efficiently and quickly troubleshooted a last-minute issue. We've used Precision before on another home and would highly recommend their garage door replacement and garage door opener replacement services.

I had an issue with the trim on my garage door. I called and a tech, Josh, was scheduled the next day. He arrived on time, was pleasant and professional and fixed all the issues in a very timely fashion. I was very happy with my service. And I am still happy with my garage door after 21/2 years. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

Our garage door wouldn’t open or close…the spring was broken. Ryan arrived exactly when he said he would. He looked over everything. Ryan gave us 3 options to fix our garage door. He explained everything thoroughly. We chose option 3 after he explained all of the things he saw. The garage door now opens and closes so quietly. We love the option of being able to open the garage door from the outside with a code. He did an amazing job! We are very pleased!

Outstanding customer service on everyone's part! From the time of my initial call to completion of the repairs was less than two hours. Brandon Phillips arrived well ahead of the scheduled time and completed the repairs before he was even scheduled to arrive. Everyone went out of their way to rearrange and get my service request in the schedule.

We have used Precision Garage Door Service in the past and were impressed with that service. Yesterday we had them return since out garage door opener was making a lot of noise. The technician, Shayne, was extremely professional. He arrived on time, listened to our concerns then began inspecting the systems. After his inspection, he explained our options in an easy-to-understand manner. The work was then completed the same day, and the final cost was equal to the estimate he had provided. We refer Precision Door to anyone who desires professional and honest work and will certainly contact them in the future if their services are needed. Hopefully our compliments will be passed on to Shayne.

Needed to get a broken spring replaced and tech noticed a few issues that would need attention in the near future, so, what the heck, had the new spring installed, new rollers and new bearings. All adjustments were made and in 45 minutes we were operational. Needless to say, this was completed two days early. Had an appointment scheduled for Monday and they called and asked if we were available Saturday morning. Great service, a little pricey, but friendly folks and very efficient.

A friend gave me the name of the company after she used them. As she said, the technician evaluated my problem with two garage doors, gave me recommendations, cost with several options, but left the decision to me. Was not pushy in my making my decision on what to do. The technician started work after finishing up another job about 2:30 pm and finished my job after normal quitting time, I'm sure. He didn't seem to be in a rush to get it done and on his way. I would recommend this company if all their technicians were like mine was.
