I called at noon and had a service tech at my house at 3:15 same day. Taylor was professional and knowledgeable. He took extra time to show me what he was going to repair and gave me some options. In about an hour the garage door was working again!! Thanks for the prompt service and for sending a courteous, professional to do the service!!

I was really impressed with Precision Garage Door of Harrisburg. I called them and they were able to get a technician out the same day. My technician, Taylor, was fantastic. He clearly explained what the problem was and gave me several different options for the repair rather than just pushing the most expensive fix. I really appreciated that he wasn't pushy and let me decide what worked best for my situation. It’s hard to find that kind of transparency and honesty these days. Fast, professional, and helpful. I’ll definitely be calling them again!

The problem that I called about was resolved. The technician seemed very competent. I would like it noted that both the technician and myself noticed the pull chain slapping against its guide rail when the door opens. The technician assured me that this is not a problem. I am noting this because if it does become an issue, I feel that I should not be charged with another service fee to resolve this.

Absolutely impressed with the service and work completed by Precision Garage Door. A spring on our door, broke last night. I chatted online with their site and was impressed that they would be here in the morning between 8 and 10. Josh arrived by around 9 and got to work on the situation right away. After he had completed the job, he went over all that he had done and explained things to us . We are beyond pleased with the service we got, and would indeed recommend their service to anyone who needs prompt, absolutely professional service!

I called at 1:00 pm and Josh and Ty were at our house by 2:30, They diagnosed the problem, made all the fixes and were finished by 3:30. They were courteous and fully explained what needed to be done. Very pleased with the results. We will call Precision again if the need arises.

Very helpful. Was honest about door and opener condition. The circuit board in the opener was damaged due to heat spark, so decision made to replace entire opener and accessories. The new system works great and is an upgrade over what we had in place. Time to replace. The tech checked all other parts of the door assembly and balanced the door, lubricated rollers and springs. It is quiet and works well. Hope new stuff under warranty. Thanks.

Fantastic response to my broken door spring. The technician was the nicest and most knowledgeable repair person I’ve ever had come to my house (including plumbers, electricians, hvac)! He showed up right on time and fixed the problem in no time. I never had a problem with the garage doors before but I will definitely call Precision Door again if I ever have another issue with them!
