Their inspection identified additional work (cable and hinge replacement) beyond broken spring repair that definitely needed to be done. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I called Precision in the morning and was scheduled for a 4-6 appt. that same day. Ryan was my technician. He was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed my noisy door by replacing the rollers, pulleys, cables and straps. After the job was completed, he explained to me what he did. My garage door is definitely quieter to the delight of my dog!

This company is terrific. From the first phone call to get service to the end of the service. A person answered the phone, made the service appointment and they were there when they said they would be. We had a very old garage door system which needed replaced and the technician, Josh, was very nice and did a great job and explained everything to us. My technician was very professional and courteous. He explained everything to me in terms that were easy to understand and visually showed me any concerns. I like the fact that there were 3 options of service for me to consider. Although I chose the least expensive, I am definitely considering further repairs down the road with Precision Door. We needed to change our keypad number. Ryan Dugan performed the procedure and calibrated the main opener, keypad and remote car openers. We are very pleased with his service call. On Monday, September 30, 2024 I called Precision Garage Door Service and spoke with Nick regarding noise that garage door was making. He took my information and set up an appointment between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.and received a text confirming this appointment. Jerry, the technician, called to confirm that he would be at my house soon because he was in a neighborhood close by. Before he arrived, he called again to inform that he was near our home. He checked our garage door, etc. He showed four different options. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He also informed us that the garage door was still in good shape. Tuneup, pulleys, and rollers is what we chose. We are very pleased with service from initial call to a completed job.

Had Blake out on a Saturday to tune up our new house garage doors. He was able to replace springs and rollers for me as well as point out items on a third non-motorized door to keep an eye on for future repairs. 10/10 would recommend!

The stellar recommendations I read online before contacting Precision were all true. From booking the appointment through the final touches of addressing our problem, everyone was professional and helpful. Benji did a terrific job in evaluating our issue and gave us several good options on what we could do - short-, medium-, and long-term. We made a decision and Benji immediately got to work. Came the next day after placing call. The configuration we had with 2 older openers plus a newer separate box for remote operation was not standard. The technician got the replacement opener working of course, but also kept the old opener working as well.

from appointment setup thru installation these guys are great. everything was explained at a level that i could understand. various options were given to me with an assortment of costs. the tech, Jerry, did not leave until he programed my cars and keypad with all the remote stuff. i am of course very pleased with the product but more so with the service....and that to me is what it is about.
