this was an excellent Experience. i saw a tv advertisement and called and spoke to Zack (sales) he coordinated everything from there. he scheduled me immediately for the next day, he then connected me with jerry the tech, who was great! jerry called me in advance so i could meet him at my house and not wait at home for him to arrive. he was in and out in no time and had me up and running again. this whole thing was done with lightning speed and for much less cost than 2 other places quoted me. i now have them quoting me for some upgrades to my garage doors and potentially new doors. great job!! i will recommend them to everyone i know.

This is at least my 3rd time using Precision Door Service and have never been let down by their exceptional service. From the initial phone call with a helpful person on the other end of the line and being able to get an appointment set up for the following morning, and the efficient, knowledgeable service provided by Kenny, it was another great experience. Jerry Eldreth explained that what had happened to our opener was a common problem caused by thunderstorms. He arrived earlier than expected and promptly completed the diagnosis. All that was required was a reprogramming of the opener travel much to our relief.

Precision and Benji, our service person, did a wonderful job repairing and replacing what was needed on our garage door and all it needs to function properly. Benji was upfront and clear on what was necessary to repair it and what the price would be. He didn't attempt to push anything we didn't need on us. I called Precision Door Service at 7:30 in the evening for a garage door repair. A lady answered and could not have been any nicer. She took all my information and told me that she could have a technician at my house the following day between 12:00 and 2:00. At 1:15 the technician called and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes. When he arrived he introduced himself as Kenny Dyson. He said he would do a safety check and let me know what needed to be fixed. He did that and gave me three quotes on what my options were. I decided to go with the one quote and Kenny fixed it to perfection! I would not only recommend this company but Kenny went the extra miles the entire time he was here!

Great customer service experience from the first phone call to the final repairs. The technician was extremely knowledgeable. He immediately identified and problems and explained them clearly. Very efficient and friendly technician. One small complaint and it's a general one, not directed at Precision, but why do companies put stickers on owners' property or walls without first asking?

We recently had need to have Precision door come to our home to repair an issue we were having open/closing the door.The technician,Jerry arrived on time.He ask me to describe the issue. He explained in detail what he was going to do and gave us the price before starting. Jerry examined our door and opener, diagnosed and corrected the problem.
