Chose Precision because of the number of 5 star ratings. It’s now obvious why they score so well. Ryan arrived well within the time of the appointment, quickly diagnosed the problem. I was prepared for a complete replacement, turned out to just be the spring and rollers, that saved hundreds of dollars. Also, Ryan had all the parts to do the job at that time. Sudden failure of a garage door spring at 2pm led to a search for a company that could fix it. Precision was my first call based on their google reviews and promised to have someone out to the house between 4 & 6 pm. Josh arrived at 430pm, assessed the job, offered 3 very clear options with the pros and cons of each and at what we considered to be fair pricing. We chose a complete rebuild of the opener system and by 730pm it was installed, operating and demonstrated. Pleasant people, who do what they say, quickly and efficiently and for a fair price.
