Booing the service call for a broken spring was seamless. Many different days and times to suite my needs. Once the technician evaluated our issue, Taylor gave us a couple options to pick from, and explained everything very thorough. I recommend Precision Door to anyone that needs speedy repairs.

Very helpful. Was honest about door and opener condition. The circuit board in the opener was damaged due to heat spark, so decision made to replace entire opener and accessories. The new system works great and is an upgrade over what we had in place. Time to replace. The tech checked all other parts of the door assembly and balanced the door, lubricated rollers and springs. It is quiet and works well. Hope new stuff under warranty. Thanks.

Fantastic response to my broken door spring. The technician was the nicest and most knowledgeable repair person I’ve ever had come to my house (including plumbers, electricians, hvac)! He showed up right on time and fixed the problem in no time. I never had a problem with the garage doors before but I will definitely call Precision Door again if I ever have another issue with them! Thank you!

Jerry is the best!!! We got a new opener along with all the parts installed in our home recently and he knocked it out of the park. He was educational, helpful, and friendly and made us feel like old friends rather than just another customer. Our new opener is quiet and Jerry did an excellent job of doing the entire install thoroughly in no time at all. A+++++ Thanks again!

5 stars – top-notch quality and service! I sent a request to Precision last night and they were here the very next day to quote and install two new garage door openers. Our old units were 19 years old and finally gave out, and Josh and the team at Precision worked with us to find the perfect replacements that still fit within our budget. We ended up upgrading to new belt-drive openers with all the modern features, and the difference is incredible. Josh was a true professional—courteous, efficient, and he walked me through setting up all the new remotes and features. We’re extremely impressed and will absolutely use Precision again for any future garage door needs.

Jeremy Mayer was the first contact my wife and I met through precision, his professionalism and willingness to listen to our wants was great. He helped us through the process of picking a door package that would work for our garage along with closely matching 30 year old doors that were currently installed on 2 bays. We were very satisfied by the time he left the house with our decision to give precision a try. Chase Chapman was the installer and his attitude and attention to detail followed suite with the positive experience we had encountered on day one with the salesman. With that being said I highly recommend precision door for there services and am glad I have there number for any future needs.
