Precision Door is a first class operation! I was having problems with my garage door remaining closed. I called Precision, they responded the same day, made the repair, and all was completed within 8 hours of my original call. Their technician, Brayden, was exceptional, quickly diagnosing the problem, had all the necessary repair parts on his truck, had the repair made within about an hour, and was perhaps the most personable tradesperson I have experienced. Sudden failure of a garage door spring at 2pm led to a search for a company that could fix it. Precision was my first call based on their google reviews and promised to have someone out to the house between 4 & 6 pm. Josh arrived at 430pm, assessed the job, offered 3 very clear options with the pros and cons of each and at what we considered to be fair pricing. We chose a complete rebuild of the opener system and by 730pm it was installed, operating and demonstrated. Pleasant people, who do what they say, quickly and efficiently and for a fair price.
