Great customer service experience from the first phone call to the final repairs. The technician was extremely knowledgeable. He immediately identified and problems and explained them clearly. Very efficient and friendly technician. One small complaint and it's a general one, not directed at Precision, but why do companies put stickers on owners' property or walls without first asking?

We recently had need to have Precision door come to our home to repair an issue we were having open/closing the door.The technician,Jerry arrived on time.He ask me to describe the issue. He explained in detail what he was going to do and gave us the price before starting. Jerry examined our door and opener, diagnosed and corrected the problem. He also made recommended with pricing things we should tend to in the future. I am satisfied with the service and would recommend Precision and specifically Jerry for any garage door you might need.

Used your service a few years ago for a broken spring. Jerry did the work then and did the work yesterday to replace the gear shaft in the Lift Chamberlain opener. Again, Jerry did excellent work and I'm sure you consider him an asset to your company. Kenny is friendly and professional. He replaced my broken cables and replaced a new spring for my garage door. He also re-adjusted the chain of the garage opener because it was loose. The customer service was great too. When I contacted with Precision on the website, they responded quickly and scheduled an appointment on the next day.

Jerry Eldreth was courteous and professional. The last panel on the garage door was broken and wouldn’t close properly, it appeared I would need a new garage door installed. Jerry explained the options offered in detail then repaired the door - sealed it underneath, straightened the panel to help it close better - as I await a new door. This gave me a great sense of relief and I was quite impressed with the end result. I actually chose Precision because of the coupon in my mail flyer, BBB rated, but once I listened to my technician, Kenny Dyson, I knew I had made the right call. Kenny explained everything to me in a way I could totally understand. He told me the options I had to repair my garage door that wouldn't open. This put me in control of what I wanted to do. Once he reviewed everything he found with me I had my gut feeling which option I was going to go with and I felt good about it. Kenny is calm and patient and there was no trace of any kind of sales gimmick or pressure. I was just given the facts and could go from there. My garage door is 15 years old and was loud and ratchety. When Kenny finished work on my door it literally glided and purred. Then Kenny carried a 50 lb. bag of solar salt pellets from my shed into my house for me! These are obviously highly trained and honest people.
