I used your service before with no problems . so i called about new weatherstripping the job went ok. I think your price of 350.00 a door is a little to high but i got it done. I will be calling around if i need anything else done.

My technician was very courteous and professional. He arrived when he said he would and went right to work. Although we were initially looking at an opener replacement, he inspected the entire system and found numerous worn out parts. He explained clearly what he found and what affect they have on the operation of the door. He also explained the pros and cons of the different openers that they carry. I picked an opener and asked him when they could do the work. His reply was "I have everything I need on the truck and can get it done in a little over an hour". I gave him the go ahead and he he dug right in. He finished when he said he would be done and I could see that he worked up quite a sweat. He took the time to show me the operation of the system as well as any maintenance required. It's good to see that there are still hard working people in this world. My service was not cheap but it was worth every penny. I highly recommend Precision and they are now my go to company for garage door service.

Highly recommend! I loved being able to book online since our issue happened after hours. They had an appointment available the next day, and Josh arrived in the scheduled window. He texted me to let me know when he was on his way, and I appreciate auto-text from company that included a picture of Josh so I knew who to expect. Josh did an excellent job, was very polite and personable. He was able to give us multiple choices for how to address our issue and completed the work that same day. When we eventually need to replace or garage door itself, we will absolutely be using Precision Garage Door Service again.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Precision. I scheduled online easily, our technician Josh was on time, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He replaced our garage door opener and it is SO quiet and efficient! He also was able to find a coupon for us to make the replacement a bit more affordable, which was wildly appreciated. We also really appreciated chatting with Josh just on a personal basis - we have lots of respect for him as a person and hard worker. We can’t emphasize our appreciation enough, for a job well done and exceptional customer service. Thank you Precision - we would use you again and recommend you to others in a flash!

I was on the Precision web site when I was checking for someone to install my two garage door openers, but I wasn't sure if they installed openers that I didn't buy from them. I looked like they only carried a few openers. When I posted on the Angi site, Precision was the first to call me. The service was prompt and the technician was knowledgeable, polite and professional. I will do business with Precision again.

Selected Precision as a name I was familiar with and the good ratings. We were able to get an appointment right away and Josh showed up right on time and even notified us when he was 10 minutes away. Josh went to work right away and saw the broken spring immediately. He advised he would inspect the door system and let us know what options we had. He gave us a detailed report and 3 options. Option 1 was just to replace the broken spring. Option 2 was to replace the springs, cables, rollers, and the end and center pressure plates as well as balance the door. We went with Option 2 for our 20 year old door.Josh was very informative, professional, and courteous. We would definitely call Precision again.

I chose Precision because of a road side billboard. Ty did my evaluation, laid out 3 potential levels of service, and explained each one thoroughly. I chose the most comprehensive repair/restoration. The quality of work that Ty performed was outstanding. I could not be more pleased! Thank you, Ty.

I used Precision Garage Door for a repair caused by the original installer. I was impressed with the honesty of their advertising, so I gave them the opportunity to service my door. Lead Tech Jerry arrived on time. I reviewed the door problem with him the very day I called for an appointment. The repairs necessary were about to delay a carpentry and painting projects. Jerry gave me a more than fair estimate within 30 of on-site inspection. He completed his work professionally and for the estimate quoted the same day. No hidden extras!! I will always count on Precision for any garage and opener work. Thank you!
