Came the next day after placing call. The configuration we had with 2 older openers plus a newer separate box for remote operation was not standard. The technician got the replacement opener working of course, but also kept the old opener working as well.

Our garage door technician, Josh Finkbeiner was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He knew exactly what to do to repair my garage door and did it in a timely manner. He provided me with options (financially) and I trusted him with helping me make a decision on what should be done. I lost my husband last year, and having to make these decisions on my own is most difficult. I was thankful for Josh's input and guidance. He was also very tidy in everything he did and even wiped down the inside and outside of my garage door where he may have left handprints. I am blessed to know that my garage door has a life-time warrantee.

My garage door would not operate. I called Precision and was told that a technician would arrive between 4 and 6. At exactly 5 o’clock the nicest guy showed up, got out of the truck, diagnosed my door problems and had it smoothly working again in a little over an hour. Technician Jerry arrived at my home to fix a broken spring on my garage door. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and very courteous. I moved into a new home and the garage door had been giving the previous homeowner some issues. Wonderful experience, our opener died and left door open one foot and we hit it when we entered the garage knockingthe door off the tracks. Called next day and got same day service technician was excellent. We went over options or repair vs replace and since unit was 20 years old we decided to have a new one installed. He had the unit in his truck and completed the job, fully within 2 hours, Easy peasy. Very happy with the whole experience.
