Advised me of which service is most important. Service call for today wasn’t that expensive, but subsequent services seemed quite high. I was really impressed with Precision Garage Door of Harrisburg. I called them and they were able to get a technician out the same day. My technician, Taylor, was fantastic. I really appreciated that he wasn't pushy and let me decide what worked best for my situation. It’s hard to find that kind of transparency and honesty these days. Fast, professional, and helpful. The problem that I called about was resolved. The technician seemed very competent. I would like it noted that both the technician and myself noticed the pull chain slapping against its guide rail when the door opens. The technician assured me that this is not a problem. I am noting this because if it does become an issue, I feel that I should not be charged with another service fee to resolve this.
