Contacted Precision thru Home Adviser. Response for service request was very quick and an appointment at my convenience was made for the next day. The technician, Eddie, that was dispatched was very personable, professional, an obviously knew his business. Eddie performed a safety check, identified my problem and repaired it quickly. He also provided some suggestions for my consideration for future maintenance. All in all, I would highly recommend this company.

We got home from vacation and our garage door wouldn't open. Spring was broken. I opened a Valpak coupon mailer and there was a coupon for Precision Door. I called on Sunday afternoon and had an appointment for the following morning. I received a detailed text showing me where the tech was in real time. It included the tech's photo and info about him. He and a partner in training arrived on time. They asked questions and provided several options. Fairly priced. In and out within an hour. Highly recommend them.

Eddie arrived with trainee Chad and they both were very courteous. They explained what they would do to identify problem and then explained what the problem was after identified. My garage door cable snapped and not knowing who to contact for repairs, I Googled door repair ervices and noticed Precision had quite a few offered services with 24hr. call, so I put in a call around 1:00 and I was emailed a response within 1 hour about a service tech coming out between 3 & 5 the same day. He called around 4 saying he was running a little late, so I changed the appt. for the next day....They would be there at 8 and right at 8:00 the service tech was there. He inspected our door, explained 3 options for repairs and and by 9:15 he was done! I am highly recommending Pecision Door for any replacement/repair work that needs to be done. Very efficient, friendly and knowlegable. It doesn't get any better then this.

I called your company this morning, our system broke and had chains and cords hanging. We were at a loss. My husband did a Google search and found your company. We took a chance. We were to be seen the next day but when I said that I had to attend my best friend's funeral that day, you came out that afternoon! The two service men (Ed and Chad) were so nice, so professional and put in a whole new system immediately. When they finished, all I could say was wow!!! On a Saturday morning I discovered one of my garage door extension springs had broken and I was unable to raise the door manually. Contacted Precision Door and was happily surprised to get a same day appointment. Eddie, the tech, was prompt, polite, and professional. He explained my options and the costs associated with each. I elected to replace the old extension springs with a torsion spring setup. Eddie completed the conversion in a timely manner and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I am very happy with the service I received from Precision Door and would certainly call them again should the need arise.

Service response was within hours and the broken torsion spring was replaced. Rollers and other parts were also replaced as needed for my 16 year old door.
