Our garage opener needed a complete new motor and mechanism. I contacted Precision Door Service on a Saturday at around 12:30 and spoke with their contact person who was easy to understand and was able to get a technician to my home in about an hour. About 10 minutes after scheduling my service appointment the technician called me to inform me he was on his way. Kody was my technician and he arrived when he said he would. He introduced himself and told me what he was going to do. He was courteous and professional and gave me several options for the repair. I made my choice and he proceeded to do the service. Called about a garage door repair about 2 pm (my son had used this company) The person answering the phone was very courteous and helpful Two hours later Kody the technician was on site. He reviewed several options with me and gave me quotes on these within minutes Once I agreed what I wanted done he promptly started work. He was very neat with his work and cleaned everything up. Upon completion he explained the operation of the new operator and safety features. Very satisfied and I thought the price was fair. I would definitely recommend them
