Wish I could give more stars because everything about the experience was tremendous! Less than a half hour of making the call about the issue, I received a call from their service technician that he would arrive in about 20 minutes. Quick and accurate diagnosis about the problem, but also about other problems that would arise in the future. Install of new Door springs, rollers, and frayed cables, new door opener, new outside keypad and other issues took maybe three (3) hours. Randy Hornberger, the technician, was also considerate, conversational and very knowlegeable. He also was very thorough with the install, but worked like a man on a mission. Definitely recommend for all aspects of the experience with Precision Garage Door Service!

I was recommended to use your services from my daughter who had a garage door opener replaced by your company. My garage door stopped operating correctly and I could not adjust the limits on the door so I called for repairs. I was advised that a technician would be out in about 2 hours. Shayne arrived on time calling prior to his arrival. Shayne tried to repair the problem but was unable to fix it because the logic board had become bad. He gave me two options replace the logic board or purchase a new garage door opener. I decided to get a new garage door opener feeling this was the best option for me. Shayne immediately got to work on installing the new opener and had it working very quickly. He even installed an outside key pad that I had been thinking about. After the installation he went over all features of the new opener and cleaned up the area. I couldn't have been more pleased with the professional service I received from your company.

Our garage door wouldn’t open or close…the spring was broken. Ryan arrived exactly when he said he would. He looked over everything. Ryan gave us 3 options to fix our garage door. He explained everything thoroughly. We chose option 3 after he explained all of the things he saw. The garage door now opens and closes so quietly. We love the option of being able to open the garage door from the outside with a code. He did an amazing job! We are very pleased!

Tyler was terrific and identified our garage door problem quickly. He let us know what the solution would be and we gave him the go-ahead to install a new motor, belt, keypad, and remotes. Our system was almost 15 years old and in need of an update.
