Andy was a true professional. He arrived on time on the same day we called in. He went over the issues and our options with our garage door, twice in fact so my wife could also hear it. He did so patiently and thouroghly. He completed the job in the time he said it would take. He explained everything to us after completing the work and cleaned up after the job. I sent Precision Garage Door Service of Central Pa. a message after 4:00 to get an estimate for replacing my garage door opener. Must to my surprise, someone called me back in less than 30 minutes and gave me several options for a 2 hour window in which Ryan could be out the next day Ryan called even before the 2 hour window to give me a more specific time frame and continued to keep me informed about when he would be there. Once he arrived, he did not just go right into selling me a new opener. Instead, he did a complete safety inspection, explained in detail why I was having an issue, and gave me 3 options. I opted to purchase a new opener and Ryan was able to install it that day, even though it meant he stayed past 6:30p.m. When he was done with the installation, he made sure I understood how everything worked and helped me to install the app. Ryan was both friendly and professional. I was impressed with his knowledge and appreciated that he did not try to sell me more than I needed. I now have a new quiet garage door opener and know who I can call in the future if I have any issues with my garage door.

Scheduling the appt was very easy. The door broke on a Sunday afternoon, through a chat feature on the website I was able to schedule a tech to come to my home the next morning. He arrived on time, was very thorough and explained everything. He did not leave until the garage door was fully operational. The technician was on site at the specified time. He was very friendly and professional with a complete explanation of the repairs needed. He explained all my options in full detail. After making my choice, he went straight to work and completed the repairs in less time than expected. I took a chance on Precision Door based on TV ads and was not disappointed. I am very pleased with the service I received from Precision Door. First of all, they answered their phone at 7AM (a real person!). She told me the service technician would arrive between 10AM-12PM (he arrived at 10:05AM!) The technician was professional, courteous and very knowledgable. He performed a thorough inspection of the door (and opener) and gave me several options on how to repair my garage door. He had all the materials on his truck and the repair was performed within an hour. He also lubricated the rollers and hinges on the door. As a follow up, I received an inspection report on my door system. I found the price of the repair to be fair and reasonable (it was at the low end of the AI-generated price ranges I found online). Overall, I was quite pleased and would highly recommend them. Thank you.

I had a noisy garage door for 25 plus years, I thought this was normal, then, somewhere I saw that your company fixes noisy garage doors, so I called Thursday morning, September 10th, I was told Randy Hornberger would be there between 2 ad 4 pm that afternoon. Randy called about 12;30 pm, and said he could be there around 1:00 pm if that was alright with me. I said it would be, he showed up around 1:05, he explained that he would perform a safety inspection, then would explain the results, which he did. He gave me two options for repair, band aid, and complete repair, I chose the band aid, due to financial funds available. Randy explained that it would take approximately 45 minutes to an hour to perform the repairs. He performed the repairs as explained, and the results were fantastic, my garage door is significantly and noticeably quieter, I couldn't be more happier with the results. He also fixed the bottom seal, which for 25 plus years the original seal was missing a small piece in the corner of the door, which always had snow and cold blowing into my garage. Randy was very professional and pleasant throughout the whole process, and when I secure additional funds, I will call and have him finished the rest of the repair.

Our garage door stopped working last night , we called precision at 9:00 and they arrived at 10.. Tyler was very knowledgeable and first we decided on a tune up for now to get it to work ... but into the tune up he saw a bent metal piece on the bar that raises the door , so he decided we needed a new motor .. we decided to go with his quote to install a new motor .. the job was done and we think the price was reasonable with a lifetime warranty..
