First I want to give a 5-star shout-out to your technician Dalton John. He provided great service, arrived ahead of schedule, and explained everything to me very clearly. A valued employee I'm sure! My expectations were met and my problem solved in a timely manner. The reason I didn't give the company a 5-star rating is because I found them to be very over priced and I didn't like the fact that my invoice did not specifically show how much I paid for individual items (but I can see why they do that). The entire "Your Price" column is left empty. I wish I had not been impatient to get my garage door fixed and waited for my regular service provided to come on Monday. I paid a high price for the convenience of getting it done right away, so that's on me!

Complete waste of time. They quoted $1,050 for a spring repair and were trying to sell me on additional upgrades and service packages. After I refused the service I could hear the technician talking to his supervisor in the truck trying to find ways to sell me on the products. I've already order the parts I need to make the repair myself for under $100. I'm typically a do-it-yourselfer, but I decided to outsource this job due to personal time constraints. I expected to pay a premium for the service, but this blew my mind. Their sales tactics and demeaner probably work on old ladies who are scared of the world and need someone to tell them everything's okay, but it did not work on me. #Do Not Use, # Creepy Vibe, # Watch Your Wallet

Really don’t wanna write a review because I don’t think it’d be fair because I know you guys don’t have control over motors or maybe you do but I wasn’t really too happy with having to put out $360 after a little over a year and a half to get a new motor put in because the other one took a crap otherwise the door is working fine and the workmanship was good On door was good and the tech that replaced motor very good

Precision fixed our garage door many years ago - spring, rollers, and cables. They did a great job then so when the door opener broke this weekend we called them again. Steven was our technician. Just like last time our appointment time was 10 - 12. Steven called at 9:45 and was here promptly at 10. He went to work right away, finishing around 11:30. Fast, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. We were told that our technician the from the first appointment is now the Tech Manager. Clearly the company hires and maintains staff with a great work ethic and professionalism. We won't go anywhere else. Thanks again!

I set up an appointment online which was very easy. The tech Josh called ahead and was on time. He explained everything in detail and gave a quote before he started. The job done that same day. Everything was done to my expectations. As far as the cost, I have nothing to compare it to.

I needed service on my garage door opener to correct the connectivity to my remote devices and the punch pad, as well as a general inspection and remediation of the entire lift assembly which was operating somewhat sub optimally. It was easy to schedule and they actually came out the same day I called. Justin was terrific; very personable and a good communicator! He explained the process clearly, performed a thorough inspection and suggested solutions. He very efficiently fixed the problems, performed needed maintenance and improved the performance of the lift. Very satisfied and will use them again as needed.

Justin Emig arrived at my house on time. Justin was very professional. he was replacing an old opener that finally gave up. After discussing what I wanted and explaining what needed to be replaced Justin started the work. Everything went very smooth, and quickly till the remote control would not work. Now Justin had to troubleshoot. A few phone calls were made and he discovered that a part for the "beam" was faulty. After replacing the faulty sensor everything worked fine. Justin mentioned that he never had this happen before. Justin never lost his cool in the situation, and I told him that just because a part is new, it doesn't mean, it works. Stuff happens. All through the replacement Justin was professional and I would and will recommend Precision Garage Door and Justin to anyone needing garage door work.
