Our technician Blake Fischer was wonderful, he explained what choices we had, did an evaluation on the motor he was going to repair or a new one from precision, we opted to go with new motor, Blake was very thorough in his work ethic, task oriented, explained everything when he was done; we appreciated getting a personal call before his arrival, also having a picture on my phone. I saw your commercial on TV and thought I would get a price for my broken spring. I liken your company to like going to get my tires rotated and they tell me I need this and that. They looked at my door and gave me we 3 prices up to $1200 and the cheapest being around $800. I asked how much just fix my broken spring (which I was replacing both at the same time) and he gave me a price of $762 I declined the work and went with a local door service (Cornwell door service) and they replaced both springs and the cables also for $505. A savings of over $250 plus what the cables would have cost me. Cornwells technician which worked there for 40 years said the other work was not necessary that your technician quoted me a price for.

Ryan called me when he was on his way, arriving when promised. He inspected my garage door, explained what was going on and gave me choices as to how we would proceed to fix the problem, along with pricing. He then performed the repair within the time given. Afterwards, he explained completely and showed me what he had done, answering all of my questions. And then told me how to reach someone if I had any further questions or problems. Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Henry did an outstanding job. He showed up on time, evaluated the existing condition of both doors, explained what he would recommend, answered all my questions professionally and provided a cost estimate then got to work. The entire time to do the work was about an hour and the doors operate like new and are very quiet. Very happy with Precision, who service our doors in New Jersey. Glad you are here in Pennsylvania. Friday night arrived and we ended up with a very badly damaged garage door. Saturday morning call to Precision Garage Door (PGD) and a very pleasant customer service representative (a live person) actually listened to my concerns and scheduled the first available technician to my home on Monday. Because I wanted to be certain that I did, in fact, talk to a live person Saturday, I called PGD on Sunday morning and found another pleasant customer service representative who checked her computer and confirmed the appointment! Keep in mind that there were freezing rain, snow, and ice storms predicted for Saturday night into Sunday morning, and other storms predicted throughout this week, so I was very concerned about getting that garage door closed. On Monday morning, Ryan, their technician called me to say he was on his way. When Ryan arrived, he assessed the damage and discussed his plan with me about making the temporary repairs to safely get the garage door closed. Another technician showed up to help him. Both technicians were very polite and immediately took care of business for me. In my opinion they were true professionals, compassionate about my concerns and experts at what they do. I believe the employees of PGD exemplified what customer service and satisfaction should look like! Before this happened to me, I watched some of those PGD television commercials about those green and white PGD trucks showing up with those friendly technicians to help the owner regardless of how small or large the damage/issue may be. I can tell you that I made that call and found that commercial to be true and accurate for me.

Could not be happier! Within 2 hours of requesting an appointment, my garage door was repaired and up & running! Henry, our technician explained the problems and solutions in a clear and concise manner which allowed me to make an educated choice from the options presented (which also involved working with our home warranty company).
