Ryan was on time for our appointment. He kept us informed of his status on the project and it was my decision to replace rather than repair the existing opener. After replacement Ryan thoroughly explained the new opener. He was professional in his approach and the install, ever n though he was doing the work during quite a heavy rainstorm.

This is my first encounter. With Precision Garage door service. My garage door was not responding when I pushed the button in my car. To open it. So, I was thinking it wasn't going to be much. That had been done to get it back up online. I was wrong. I lost complete communication. With the garage door. Plus, the chain had broken. My neighbor a few years ago. Add them in to repair both of their garage doors. They gave me a sticker. So, I decided to put it by. My. Door opener. In the garage. I called the number. Told what was going on. Within 35 minutes. They had someone here. My garage door is back online. And I'm very pleased with the service. I would use them again. Thank you, Precision.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment to have my garage door repaired. The technician (Kody) called while enroute and was very helpful. He got the issue resolved quickly and efficiently while asking if I had any questions on the process. He was very polite and made sure I was satisfied before he left. He drew up some issue that I will consider in the future. Overall it was a good visit and I will call again in the future.

I needed my garage door serviced about a year ago and they came out and got the job done. Well I wanted an upgrade to my garage opener and I called them and explained what I wanted and in 20 minutes the technician was at my door. He explained all the options available for me. I’m old school I just wanted the door to open and close due to the old system was old and I was having problems with it. He gave me exactly what I wanted with extras. 2 car remotes a door pad and a really nice indoor opener with features. I did shop around and as before Precision was the one. The inspection was great and he told me things that I had an idea but wasn’t sure. He corrected everything This company is family. They take care of you.

First I was so Thankful that Precision had an open appointment on 08/11/26 to fit me in to have my garage door remotes re-set and my security code update. Cody was the technician assigned to me and he was very communicative and polite. He called me earlier than the original time frame as his earlier calls didn't take as long as expected and he was able to come down a little earlier. When he arrived he was very courteous, asked me about the issues I was having, and took his time explaining what could and would be done. He also explained what he was doing as he went along and was successful in completing the re-sets and the standard equipment inspection, including some things to watch for as the system ages. Cody is very knowledgeable, professional, and a good people-person. I will definitely use you all in the future if anything comes up with my garage door system. THANK YOU CODY FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

Dalton, came out same day and diagnosed my garage door issues. He assessed the situation quickly and made three recommendations with a price, and how long the parts had warranty. He made his recommendation which is the one I went with. He was efficient and effective in getting the parts assembled. He was curtious, professional and knowledgeable.
