We had our garage door repaired and some things replaced a few months ago. We needed a repair as a bolt fell out. Chad came the next day and fixed it! Great customer service. Kody was great. Came out the same day, within an hour of my service request, and replaced the springs, cables and pulleys in under an hour. Answered all my questions before starting the work and gave me an accurate price quote for the work that was needed as well as provided some suggestions. Overall great experience and will definitely be using Precision for my future needs.

My experience with the technician David Lamiet who was fixing my garage door was a learning experience. He was knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He answered all my questions. Wow. We though your service was superb when you visited us a few years ago. But WOW! When you came this time to analyze the garage door issue and provide us with options, we were VERY pleasantly surprised that the work was done SAME DAY and in less time than expected. The result was an unbelievably quiet door with a superior motor and parts. It's not often nowadays that vendor commercials do as they advertised, but Precision Door is TRULY the best! He did so patiently and thouroghly. He completed the job in the time he said it would take. He explained everything to us after completing the work and cleaned up after the job. I sent Precision Garage Door Service of Central Pa. a message after 4:00 to get an estimate for replacing my garage door opener. Must to my surprise, someone called me back in less than 30 minutes and gave me several options for a 2 hour window in which Ryan could be out the next day Ryan called even before the 2 hour window to give me a more specific time frame and continued to keep me informed about when he would be there. Once he arrived, he did not just go right into selling me a new opener. Instead, he did a complete safety inspection, explained in detail why I was having an issue, and gave me 3 options. I opted to purchase a new opener and Ryan was able to install it that day, even though it meant he stayed past 6:30p.m. When he was done with the installation, he made sure I understood how everything worked and helped me to install the app. Ryan was both friendly and professional. I was impressed with his knowledge and appreciated that he did not try to sell me more than I needed. I now have a new quiet garage door opener and know who I can call in the future if I have any issues with my garage door.

Scheduling the appt was very easy. The door broke on a Sunday afternoon, through a chat feature on the website I was able to schedule a tech to come to my home the next morning. He arrived on time, was very thorough and explained everything. He did not leave until the garage door was fully operational.
