Steven was professional and extremely knowledgeable. First I want to give a 5-star shout-out to your technician Dalton John. He provided great service, arrived ahead of schedule, and explained everything to me very clearly. A valued employee I'm sure! My expectations were met and my problem solved in a timely manner. The reason I didn't give the company a 5-star rating is because I found them to be very over priced and I didn't like the fact that my invoice did not specifically show how much I paid for individual items (but I can see why they do that). The entire "Your Price" column is left empty. I wish I had not been impatient to get my garage door fixed and waited for my regular service provided to come on Monday. I paid a high price for the convenience of getting it done right away, so that's on me!

Complete waste of time. They quoted $1,050 for a spring repair and were trying to sell me on additional upgrades and service packages. After I refused the service I could hear the technician talking to his supervisor in the truck trying to find ways to sell me on the products. I've already order the parts I need to make the repair myself for under $100. I'm typically a do-it-yourselfer, but I decided to outsource this job due to personal time constraints. I expected to pay a premium for the service, but this blew my mind. Their sales tactics and demeaner probably work on old ladies who are scared of the world and need someone to tell them everything's okay, but it did not work on me. #Do Not Use, # Creepy Vibe, # Watch Your Wallet

Really don’t wanna write a review because I don’t think it’d be fair because I know you guys don’t have control over motors or maybe you do but I wasn’t really too happy with having to put out $360 after a little over a year and a half to get a new motor put in because the other one took a crap otherwise the door is working fine and the workmanship was good On door was good and the tech that replaced motor very good
