Chad was my technician and he was great. He arrived when he said he would and explained what was needed. He was very thorough and explained what I could do to properly maintain the new springs and the existing rollers. I am very pleased with the entire experience from my setting up the appointment with Nick, to the work that Chad did for me.

I was very pleased with the service I received from making the appointment to the actual service completed by the technician. I realized the door wasn't working correctly at 8 PM on Thursday night. I saw the advertisement that the company is available 24/7. I called and expected an answering machine, but I got a real, friendly voice. I was told they could have a technician there the very next day, even though snow was expected. I indicated that for everyone's safety and since it wasn't an emergency I could wait an extra day which was a Saturday. I had multiple times slots available. The technician arrived at the scheduled time, prepared several options for the repair, discussed them, and went right to work. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My compliments to all I was involved with and will highly recommend to anyone needing their garage door repairs,

Our technician was Nia. He was prompt to come out. Explained the process of what he was going to do and what he was going to look for, explained the safety inspection. He showed us the damaged part and explained to us what was wrong and how to solve the problem. He was very respectful and courteous. We will be using Precision Garage Door Service again if needed.
