Randy Hornberger was very courteous, professional and explained the inspection report, which he performed. He replaced all the rollers on the door and adjusted the bottom cable attachments. He then replaced the 18'6" bottom seal and the 7' white molding that was torn. He also explained thoroughly all that he did. We are very satisfied with his work ethic and would recommend Randy and Precision Door Company.

I was shocked at how quickly I could get an appointment and how easy it was to schedule online. Ryan did a great job diagnosing our issue and offering different options. He was able to install a new setup for us while he was here in just a few hours. I am elated with the service we received. Precision Garage Door Service exceeded our expectations in every way. Everyone we interacted was pleasant and courteous At no point during the entire process did I feel pressured, or like I was getting a sales pitch The spring on one of our two 20 year old garage doors broke. We called the original installer of the doors, another local but well known company. At 3:25 pm on a Tuesday, they were already closed! We called Precision due to their excellent reputation and their advertising a quick response. In a matter of minutes, we had an appointment for 8 to 10am the very next day for a tech to perform a no cost inspection and estimate. They said it was likely the tech would have everything needed on the truck to complete the repair, should we choose to proceed. Our tech, Dante, called to let us know he was on the way. He arrived promptly at 8. Dante was pleasant, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly assessed our situation. Due to the age of the doors, I asked him to inspect both. He showed me the components that were showing typical wear for 20 year old doors. There was no sales pitch at all. We discussed several options including just replacing the broken spring. Dante helped us make the choice that was best for us. (That's why the "Service Performed" says Broken Garage Door Spring Repair, but we purchased Belt Drive Garage Door Opener.) The belt drive is SO much quieter than our old screw drive. We love the warranty Precision provides too! Completely satisfied!

The crew arrived on time. Were completed in a timely manner. Addressed all of the issues I identified and replaced worn parts. Removed a burned-out motor and created a manual door with key lock. Replaced opener with belt drive and worn parts on second door.

Called Precision Door at 6:30am and they were at our home repairing our garage door at 8:20am, the same day. Tye arrived and got out of his truck and introduced himself. Tye examined the broken garage door, taking pictures and notes. Tye explained what was broken and needed repairs and further showed me exactly what was needed. Tye worked up a quote and presented e options. We selected the option we wanted. The quotes very reasonable. Tye completed the repairs and had the garage door working, in less than an hour. We Tye was finished; he was washing the outside of the garage door. I asked him what he was doing, and he stated that when the work on garage doors, they sometimes get dirt, from their hands on the outside of the garage door, and he wanted to make it right. It was 96 degrees outside. Tye is a nice young man, very friendly and polite. He is an asset to the Precision Garage Door. This was the first time we have used Precision Garage Door. We will be using Precision Garage Door for any future garage door repairs. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Tye from Precision Garage Door. A company is only as good as their employees, and they are the ones doing the work and customer service and certainly the face of the company. Tye did an excellent job and Precision Garage Door should be proud of Tye. I presume the other repair pople from Precision Garage Door are the same caliber as Tye.
