Ty arrived early and I explained the issue with garage remotes and keypad. He checked the old motor and remotes and quickly discussed the age of the motor, which was quite old. Worked up cost of new motor and bearings and explained the process in detail. Decided to put new motor in and he got to work. When finished he explained remotes and keypad along with things to look out for - light at bottom. I was ecstatic the new motor was so quiet I barely realized it was working. Very impressed with his attention to detail and cleanup. Great personality. Thanks for sending him.

Repair was outstanding! Had old two vertical spring system with multiple broken cords and very worn pulleys replaced with single horizential spring and only two cable system installed. Old system was loud and very worn. Tech showed me issue's and explained it all. Repaired quickly and professionally. New system is quite and solid. All moving parts replaced except garage door opener and door. Complete replacement of worn parts. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. Thank you. Did i mention the 10 year warranty.

We cannot say enough about Josh and Precision! It was incredibly easy to make an appointment—literally online. Josh called about 45 minutes before arriving at our house to let us know he was finishing up another job and would be on his way. Once he arrived, he did a full safety inspection and replaced everything we expected would need to be fixed. Your rep gave us a price of$1200 to replace the frame of our garage door. He said approximately 2 weeks we would hear something. We charged $600 for the work to be done.That was on 26 March. Garage door spring broke. The opener was always really loud. I saw your ads on TV, so I called Precision. This happened late Saturday. I got scheduled for 1st thing on Monday. I was sent a notice on my laptop and my phone confirming the time and date. They even sent me a picture of the tech that would show up. I wasn’t expecting that. Very reassuring. Dalton, the tech, called and told us when he would be here. He showed up right on time. He checked out everything, and gave us several options. No pressure. We picked out what we thought was best. 2 hours later he was done. He showed us how to operate everything. Dalton is definitely a people person. Very friendly. Strangest thing happened. 5 minutes after Dalton started, a Precision ad was on the TV. To our surprise, Dalton was in the ad. It was as if it was a sign we were doing the right thing. We got new springs, openers, cables and rollers. Can’t say enough good things about Dalton. If your other techs are like him, your company is in good hands.
