Called Precision for what I though was a faulty garage door opener. Turns out the spring on my garage door broke. Technician Nia Bennett was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem and walking me through my options. Nia was very personable and thorough and left my garage spotless. Scheduling was extremely easy and the technicians have fully stocked service trucks. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Central PA for all your garage door needs.

I booked an appointment online to have our garage door fixed. I got a same morning appointment. Received a call from Andonia our technician that he would arrive early if that was ok with us. Which worked great. He came and did an inspection and explained three options to have it fixed. Each option was explained in detail. Once he started they were done very quickly. He explained everything that was done and how to work everything. I am very pleased with the service and professional of Andonia. I would definitely recommend Precision Door.
