This was THE most amazing service ever! Here's how it went: Clicked on Angi & filled form and submitted it before noon today. Within MINUTES, I had call from Nick, who verified my form, and he said he had a team who could come out to see it TODAY! I was to expect them between 1 and 1:30pm to see door. They arrived at 1pm, saw the project, explained it to me, and said they could install the new opener system TODAY! At 2:15 pm, they were DONE and I paid them on the spot. [Pay by check, if you can.] The two installers were polite and super efficient! WOW, THIS IS SERVICE! (I come from a family of 2 home builders who had great pride in customer service and workmanship, and this would have been their style.)

Taylor came out for a sticky door service. He was thorough and professional. Precision Door has helped us two times and both times exceptional service provided. Price isn't over inflated as well. Would recomend to all. Well done Taylor on being friendly, thorough, and professional.

I was very pleased with the response time and service to fix my garage door. My garage door spring was broken and they scheduled me for service the following morning. Randy was the service technician who was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained all aspects of the job after conducting a pre-inspection of the entire garage door system and completed the work in a very reasonable time. He went over all the work he did and did a great job conducting a post inspection of his work to ensure everything was working correctly and answered all my questions. This was my first time using Precision Door Service and I’m very satisfied with the job.

The teck was surly a good service person and know what he was doing. The biggest problem I have is that the door was just ove 1 year old and has been making the noise for awhile and I didn't know how to oil and where or when?

We were in need of fairly emergent service as our garage door spring and wires had snapped and we could not get the door open. Precision was our first call and they were able to accommodate us the same day. The two service techs, Jerry and Dave, were two of the most professional and respectful young men. Jerry explained everything completely to us and knew exactly what he was doing. If anyone needs garage door repairs, I would highly recommend Precision. Hoping we won’t need their services any time soon; but if we do, they will be our first call. Thank you so much for your service and expertise.

Tyler replaced the Springs, rollers and cables. What a polite young man. I have the highest regard for this company. They were very nice when making the original appointment. Then, due to family conflicts ,we needed to change the appointment and had to call on the weekend. No problem. They changed the appointment for us and were very considerate about it. We were pleased with the whole experience.

Precision Garage Door troubleshooted the problem with the door immediately and recommended a cost effective solution. This was shortly after another garage door company came out to repair the door which obviously didn’t work. We called Precision because of their outstanding reputation knowing they would find the solution.

We purchased a new Garage Door opener two years ago, and it has been great. The tech at that time showed me how to lubricate the hinges and rollers on a regular basis; and suggested that a tech come out every couple of years for service and inspect everything. Randy was out today and lubricated everything and tightened anything that was loose. He reviewed everything he did. The service with Precision has been great. Greg
