Henry arrived early and was quick to see the issues and address them until a new door can arrive. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. I was so impressed by this and also the ease of ordering for interest free financing! Not happy about my door breaking , but they made it easy and painless for same day treatment! Came the next day after placing call. The configuration we had with 2 older openers plus a newer separate box for remote operation was not standard. The technician got the replacement opener working of course, but also kept the old opener working as well.

I highly recommend this company!!! 24/7 service is awesome!!! The technician, Andonia Bennett, showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Our garage door opener, which was from 1992, went bad. He replaced it with a new opener, and new remotes and even added what I call safety "eyes" to keep the door from accidentally coming down on a thing or a person!!! Overall, I was extremely pleased and the door now works like a charm!!! And, it's a lot quieter!!!

Called Saturday (wasn’t an emergency repair). Tech (Henry Storm) was scheduled for Sunday. Henry Called and asked to if he could come earlier then scheduled appointment - absolutely ! Highly recommend for their level of professionalism, courtesy and being able to repair on a weekend !! Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days.

Our garage door technician, Josh Finkbeiner was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He knew exactly what to do to repair my garage door and did it in a timely manner. He provided me with options (financially) and I trusted him with helping me make a decision on what should be done. I lost my husband last year, and having to make these decisions on my own is most difficult. I was thankful for Josh's input and guidance. He was also very tidy in everything he did and even wiped down the inside and outside of my garage door where he may have left handprints. I am blessed to know that my garage door has a life-time warrantee.

Your prices are much higher than your competitors in this area. I decided to go with someone else. Also I was unable to get an estimate over the phone therefore I had to pay a $79 service fee to just say no. I feel that this practice is detrimental to the consumer and I will not be calling or recommending your company to friends or family.

The stellar recommendations I read online before contacting Precision were all true. From booking the appointment through the final touches of addressing our problem, everyone was professional and helpful. Benji did a terrific job in evaluating our issue and gave us several good options on what we could do - short-, medium-, and long-term. We made a decision and Benji immediately got to work.
